An incredibly peaceful, therapeutic, and stylish hotel; I wish I could have stayed longer. I highly recommend it.

Every year, the three of us spend our vacation at the Waldhof and let ourselves be truly pampered. We enjoy the wonderful breakfast buffet and the small but delicious lunch dishes. One of the highlights is the six-course dinner in the evening, along with expert wine advice. Other highlights include the large sauna with its invigorating infusions and the infinity pool with its stunning views of the surrounding landscape. We highly recommend this friendly, family-run hotel and are already looking forward to our next stay.

We had a wonderful week at the Waldhof². Excellent service, a very nice wellness area. The fitness area could be more modern. The food was delicious, and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

We had the pleasure of receiving a room package for New Year's Eve last year at very short notice, and had never stayed at the Waldhof before. We can honestly say that it was an absolute stroke of luck. We were completely satisfied, and several things stand out in particular: First, the truly fabulous cuisine, which leaves nothing to be desired. Not only did the very extensive breakfast buffet make us look forward to it every morning, but above all, the evening menus were truly top-notch. Based on our experience, we can confidently say that both the cuisine and the wine selection are of a Michelin-star standard. Secondly, we must mention the truly excellent and attentive service in all areas of the hotel. From the reception to the housekeeping service, the spa staff, and of course the catering staff, everyone had a trained eye and an open ear for our needs and wishes. Compliments to the staff! Furthermore, but not least, we were deeply impressed by the attention to detail. The care with which each guest is treated individually is hard to beat. We felt very well looked after, both professionally and personally. We will be returning to the Waldhof again this year for New Year's Eve and can hardly wait.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Waldhof! The food was very varied and there was something for everyone. Whether vegan or vegetarian, meat or fish lover. Simply fantastic! And the spa area is large and you can really unwind. The small pond in the forest is a little insider tip. I'll be back 🙂

Special place above the beautiful city Merano. We stayed there in autumn. The colors of the end of the season are stunning. Very good food! You can see, smell and taste the hard work behind every dish. I totally recommend it for everyone. Stefan, the owner, is also a nice guy. Ask him for some insiders, you won't regret it.

The food and wellness area are excellent. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The feel-good factor of the quiet location is wonderful. I would return to this hotel again and again.
