A thoroughly enjoyable stay – we'll be back! We are currently enjoying a wonderful stay at this hotel and would like to express our sincere praise. The entire staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always creates a pleasant atmosphere. As regular sauna users, we've experienced many infusions – but this was by far the best! A real highlight! The massage was also a dream – so relaxing that I didn't even notice it was over. The food is simply outstanding – varied, high-quality, and prepared with great attention to detail. The bathrooms in the main building may not be up to the latest standards, but they are very well-maintained and clean. One small suggestion for improvement: It would be nice if the loungers in the garden were already prepared with cushions in the morning. We only found out by chance that they even existed. Otherwise, there's nothing to complain about – we're already looking forward to our next vacation in this wonderful hotel!

This was our third time here and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Excellent food, friendly and competent staff, a beautiful facility with a 23-meter pool that allows for lap swimming. And thanks to the elevated location at 700 meters, it's not as hot as in the valley, but there's usually a light, refreshing breeze.

Friendly and very nice, clean and tidy and excellent cuisine

Truly one of the best hotel experiences you could hope for. The views and location made it so tough to leave, we ended up extending our stay! Even the food was one of our favorite parts of the entire vacation, with some of the most amazing meals we’ve had in Europe. The cleanliness of the property, friendliness of staff, and all the amenities included with our stay including the sauna made this easily the best part of our trip and we look forward to returning!

What a feel-good hotel. The location is wonderful, with the Mayenburg Castle. The entire staff is very accommodating. The saunas and pool area are beautifully designed, with spacious relaxation rooms. But most importantly for me: Excellent cuisine! Based on French cuisine, combined with regional influences. Delicious homemade pasta and dumplings. I'm already looking forward to my next vacation.

We spent a short vacation at the Hotel Der Waldhof and had a very relaxing and lovely time there. The hotel impresses with friendly and helpful staff in all areas, a great spa area, cleanliness and excellent and varied cuisine. We felt very comfortable throughout our entire stay and would be happy to come back.

Refined hotel, very quiet, beautiful very very large spa, in the internal sauna spaces you could find naked people (local culture do not enter in swimsuits to avoid dispersion of chemical agents from the fabrics) fantastic outdoor swimming pool I would recommend the structure plus towels and slippers within reach of the customers in the various spa spaces, a very big compliment goes to the chef with the golden hands everything that is brought to the table is poetry! Congratulations to the staff, I recommend this structure especially for those who are used to frenetic pace and completely turn off their minds. A few minutes from the Merano 2000 slopes, snails, and various attractions. I recommend the Plan de Coronas slope as a width to feel less exhausted by the crowd of people, with slightly higher costs but it's really worth it, the Forst Casette di Natale brewery is also characteristic. On holiday with the family, we spent three fabulous days. Excellent cuisine and excellent quality products. Impeccable service and then, the infinity pool, alone is worth the trip. We stayed in the older part, but the room was spotless and above all it seemed more like a mini apartment, given the comfort and large spaces, with a beautiful view of the park. The attention to the environment, to avoiding waste and to the use of organic and 0 km products is very appreciable. We will definitely be back.
