My wife and I were there for the first time, in the company of another couple. Splendid location, quality of the dishes we tasted ..."excellent" (sublime, in particular, a FIRST COURSE, represented by the "gnocchi alle ciliege". Applause to Cristina, for the service offered and the attention shown towards us. Very good quality / price ratio. We will definitely return, as soon as possible ... Franco Sbaiz

Nice sitting under the trees. Food very small portions. Service nice, but very slow. We would have had many more drinks, but after the meal they didn't serve us anymore. But maybe it's a local custom 😉.

Si trova sul Collio a pochi minuti di auto da Gorizia. Abbiamo pranzato bene, il servizio è stato cortese. Il locale era pieno e quindi è il caso di prenotare. Dispone di un ampio parcheggio.

Traditional cuisine restaurant located in Uclanzi in San Floriano del Collio in the province of Gorizia positioned in a fantastic panoramic area from where you can admire expanses of vineyards and neighboring villages sitting in tranquility on the large outdoor terrace of the restaurant where you can enjoy excellent home-made dishes all fresh and tasty, good cold cuts, good meat, excellent first courses and desserts and pleasant house wine with a kind and fast service even when the restaurant is full. Recommended in summer for the breeze and the cool air outdoors

Nice place and food done well (I wrote this two years ago). Mindful of how we had eaten and the variety of foods, we booked for today, Easter Sunday 20/04/2025, although the price was high and the menu was fixed, €70 per person excluding drinks. Hope and curiosity were indeed high, given the price and the various positive precedents already spent in this restaurant. Completely unmet expectation: cheap menu and clearly below expectations also in terms of quality. Two leaves of ham and a small starter hamburger, crescents (the only note of merit) and cannelloni with dry pasta and too compact filling for the first course, dry roast veal with little taste for the second course. Without having the possibility of alternative choice. I believe that wherever we went, we would never have spent more than €45/50 each for a menu like this. Very low quality/price ratio. Service as always very good, but great missed opportunity

Avevo frequentato questo locale anni fa e solo d'estate. D'inverno la sala interna è sicuramente un poco "datata" e non proprio il massimo dell'accoglienza. Ottimi i gnocchi di patate ma il ragù era più volte riscaldato e quindi aveva un sapore amarognolo. Peccato ! I secondi nella media così come i dolci. Vino della casa "potabile". Prezzi modici anche se non popolari in rapporto alle porzioni. Molto meglio in estate all'aperto. Magari era una serata fiacca. Sempre con il dovuto rispetto.
