A family restaurant with homemade dishes, and it shows. The welcome is more than warm and the food is very good. I recommend trying the pesto and shrimp pasta and the escalope Milanese 😋

We were captivated by the authenticity, kindness, and cuisine of this restaurateur family. The dishes are generous. The restaurant has remained in its original state, a million miles from the tourist restaurants upon arrival on the island. We were able to chat with the restaurateurs, who are incredibly kind. We are happy to have been able to comfort them that day because a French couple had behaved like louts to them the day before. Their behavior was the complete opposite of what they exude and what they give to the people they serve. This restaurant is one of the most authentic on the island, without a doubt.

Best meal we’ve had in the Stresa area. Authentic, home made and classic Italian food without any fuss.

A small, intimate restaurant!!! Magical! You absolutely must try the homemade gnocchi with walnut sauce, incredible!!

Mamma mia! Small family restaurant, helpful and friendly staff. We had home made ravioli and salad which were delicious. We had excellent brandy and sparkling wine. The tiramisu was very good. The whole atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing.

Everything was very good, the staff were friendly and helpful, the prices were more than fair considering the location. It may not have a lake view, but it was highly recommended!
