It's with great emotion that we leave this evening of discoveries and flavors. All the love of true cuisine is there, bravo to the chef! This is the first time in three weeks that I've enjoyed delicious, authentic homemade pasta. The flavorful meat comes directly from their nearby butcher shop, and the products are very fresh. The owner introduced us to their produce, along with some highly recommended glasses. Thank you, madam, for your welcome, your sincerity, and your love of the craft. And congratulations to the gentleman for his butcher shop.
