First class!! From check in to check out, Allen and his staff were wonderful. The full week of four-course meals prepared in their kitchen was nothing short of a culinary experience. The wine flowed with the conversations, and we met some amazing folks from all around the world. The Villa and rooms were clean and were kept well stocked with towels, water, and the wine was only a step away! We had a teary goodbye, which has NEVER happened in any of our travels.

The rooms isolation was poor and we were freezing at the beginning of October. The restaurant was mediocre (in Tuscan level) But the service was great and the place is beautiful

We were fortunate enough to stay at this fantastic hotel, unfortunately for only one night. It was a fantastic experience; the sunset view from their terrace during dinner was worth the stay. The pool was clean, the service excellent, friendly, and helpful, and the food was excellent, both the à la carte dinner and the breakfast buffet (the coffee was excellent!) Nothing to add, 5 stars well deserved.

A dream stay in the heart of Tuscany 🇮🇹☀️ We spent 9 unforgettable days in this breathtaking setting – truly a slice of paradise. The landscape, the hotel, the hosts, and the entire staff… just fantastic. Our room was beautiful, always spotless and comfortable, with great air conditioning – a must in the summer heat! Breakfast was a highlight every day: an abundance of local and homemade delights, lovingly prepared. Dinner? A masterpiece. Dining with a view that looked like a living painting – simply wow! The food was exceptional, the wine superb, and the service always warm and attentive. Nothing was ever too much. The location is a perfect base to explore the charming villages of the region, and everyone speaks English fluently – which makes things easier if your Italian isn’t quite there yet 😉. We had an amazing stay, full of beauty, warmth, and great memories… and we’re already dreaming of coming back!

We were incredibly happy with our stay at Villa Schiatti! It's a very cozy and beautiful hotel with spectacular services. The pool and terrace are ideal for relaxing, but the best part is the restaurant terrace: it has stunning views, perfect for dinner or a sunset drink. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast was exquisite, with a wide variety and quality products. We also tried the food, wine, and cocktails, and everything was delicious. But without a doubt what we liked most was the staff's treatment: warm, attentive, and super friendly at all times. They make you feel at home. An absolutely recommended place to enjoy Tuscany. We will return!

I stayed at Villa Schiatti for one night with my boyfriend. I definitely recommend it. Clean and beautiful, just like the photos. Breakfast was varied, both sweet and savory. The pool was also very nice; they rent towels for €3. The staff was also very friendly. I highly recommend it!

We traveled with our one-year-old, and they were thoughtful and supportive throughout our stay. The villa itself is a perfect mix of Tuscan charm and comfort. Whether it was relaxing by the pool, enjoying the shaded courtyard, or having a romantic dinner on the rooftop terrace with beautiful views over the Tuscan countryside, every moment was special. We couldn’t have picked a better place to spend our holiday in Castiglion Fiorentino!
