What to say ? A restaurant definitely worth trying for the superb and composite hand of the chef, the competent and polite mastery of the sommelier, the impeccable and attentive service, the warm and refined welcome. A judgment that I reconfirm time after time.

We are vegetarians and we had a great experience.
The food was amazing, an entire journey full of new and unexpected tastes.
The service was outstanding, all the staff from start to the end were friendly but elegant.
The sommelier was very knowledgeable and suggested a very good wine to pair with the 5-course veg menu.
We will be back again for sure.

An amazing 9-course tasting.
Each course fully described, a refinement for the eyes and the palate. Highly trained staff, the chef at the table to answer every question on the method and preparation of the dishes. We immediately noticed the enthusiasm and dedication of the staff down to the smallest details.
We had lunch outside the restaurant, in a well-kept garden with centuries-old trees.
A very light curtain placed between the treetops and the table. Czechoslovakian Wolfdog admitted without problems. no problem for parking outside the premises.

A no-frills experience... we've been to several starred restaurants and you have to admit, the guys know how to take things seriously... nine courses with wine + cocktail pairing... everything taken care of down to the smallest detail... elegant surroundings and at the same time you feel at home... truly trained staff and attentive... available for every request.. praise to Luca the sommelier and to Chef Fisichella with whom we stopped to talk at the end of lunch.. 5 stars are few... congratulations and many good things for the future.

Contro ogni moda culinaria, da Catania a Milano e infine verso Stradella, a riscoprire chi non può rubarti l’anima. Dario Fisichella si ambienta velocemente nelle cantine di Villa Naj, fa sue le volte ottocentesche che sanno di buono e un ambiente caldo e informale. Dietro tutti, discreta ed elegante, la consapevolezza di Carlotta Viglini, donna da ristorazione, sostenuta con maestria dalla figlia, cresciuta tra i tavoli. Quando Dario si fa trovare, il corteggiamento non dura a lungo: la comunione di intenti è troppo forte. Bisogna tornare al prodotto, al rapporto diretto con il fornitore locale, per mettere al centro la cucina e non la tendenza del momento. La squadra è giovane ma infallibile, c’è un’armonia immediata, ci sono sorrisi e umori distesi, che rendono il lavoro un flusso naturale. Lo sa bene Luca, head sommelier e spalla amica di Chef Dario: l’adulazione non paga mai, per l’Oltrepò Pavese ci vogliono mani, cuore e cervello. Villa Naj non è un luogo da visitare, ma un team da vivere, da abitare.

I would like to share my beautiful and unforgettable experience that I had in the Villa Naj restaurant, it was a real thrill to have tried such a starred menu in an environment that leaves you breathless.
The impeccable service, the guys in the room are friendly and available to make you feel as at ease as possible, always attentive and never intrusive, detailed description from the first dish served to the last.
Exciting experience with Chef Dario Fisichella, his creations perfectly combine tradition for the land from which he comes and innovation; wonderful dishes with the highest quality raw materials.
Very attentive to detail, friendly, present and genuine with customers.
