They are once again (in my humble opinion) the best culinary experience in the province of PV... and even more! The new location is better than the previous one. Refined and meticulously maintained, the food and service are always impeccable, and the value for money is excellent. Thank you again, we'll be back! The wine list is extensive and the sommelier is friendly and knowledgeable... in addition to the high-quality food, there's a youthful and friendly atmosphere. Thank you for the wonderful evening! A Michelin-starred restaurant you absolutely must try! The nine-course tasting menu is a true journey through the history of the chef's dishes, accompanied by a staff that is not only knowledgeable and friendly, but truly charming. We ate almost as if we were at home, amidst smiles and jokes, and an explosion of flavors that are both traditional and innovative. Highly recommended.

A Michelin-starred lunch, straight to the point: - exquisite food - courteous staff (from the reservation to the arrival to the final greeting) and above all, highly knowledgeable - extremely kind chef who welcomed a comment about a piece of cutlery (others would have calmly ignored me or told me to go to hell) - price in line with the raw materials and workmanship provided.
