A Michelin-starred restaurant you absolutely must try! The nine-course tasting menu is a true journey through the history of the chef's dishes, accompanied by a staff that is not only knowledgeable and friendly, but truly charming. We ate almost as if we were at home, amidst smiles and jokes, and an explosion of flavors that are both traditional and innovative. Highly recommended.

Great atmosphere, excellent service, and the people were always positive! The food was beautifully presented, often very exciting, with our highlights being the tomato course, foie gras, risotto, and spaghetti. It could have been seasoned a bit more boldly; we felt that was missing a bit at times, and it therefore came across as a bit "flat."

We had the pleasure of dining at Villa Naj by choosing the 9-course tasting menu, letting ourselves be completely guided by the chef's vision. We couldn't have made a better choice: it was a refined, surprising and deeply satisfying culinary experience, in every aspect. The location is already enchanting in itself: an elegant villa, immersed in a quiet and suggestive context, where every detail is taken care of with taste. The rooms are simple but refined, and you immediately perceive an atmosphere of welcome and professionalism. The service was impeccable. The staff is highly trained, attentive, kind but never intrusive, with that discretion that makes you feel looked after and pampered from start to finish. Each dish was presented with care and expertise, accompanied by precise but never long-winded explanations. As for the tasting menu... a journey. The 9 courses chosen by the chef were a harmonious crescendo of technique, taste and emotion. It's not just about eating, but about being accompanied in a sensory narration that involves sight, smell and palate. Each dish is a small work of art, both in the presentation and in the construction of flavors. The raw materials are clearly excellent, and the chef manages to make them shine through combinations that are never banal but always balanced, between tradition and innovation. We particularly appreciated the ability to surprise without overdoing it: nothing is excessive, each element has a precise meaning in the dish. The sequence of courses was intelligently designed, playing on consistencies, temperatures, intensities and aromas in order to always keep attention and curiosity high. The wine pairing (optional, but highly recommended) further enhanced the experience. The selection proposed was in perfect harmony with the dishes, and a deep expertise is also evident in the oenological part. The bill is consistent with the level of the experience, absolutely justified by the quality, research and atmosphere that Villa Naj is able to offer. In conclusion, Villa Naj is a restaurant that I would recommend without reservations to those looking for a true gastronomic experience, not simply a "meal". It is the ideal place to celebrate something special or even just to indulge in an evening out of the ordinary. We will definitely return, curious to discover how the chef's story will evolve.
