We spent two evenings at Villa Moscardo and everything was exceptional—from the warm welcome and attentive service to the original, delicious cuisine. Soft jazz in the background added elegance, and the villa’s historic charm subtly enriched the atmosphere, making the experience both memorable and refined. Highly recommended.

My husband, our dog, and I went for dinner on January 2nd. I had fish, my husband had meat. All the dishes were carefully prepared and truly delicious. The service was impeccable, always ready to answer any questions I had about food intolerances, and we were able to choose a secluded table so our four-legged friend could spend the evening in peace (both his and ours). Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back!

Including: • Eggplant parmigiana with buffalo mozzarella cream and basil pesto • Culatello and burrata with lemon oil • Beef tartar with hazelnut mayonnaise and porcini mushroom crumble • Beef cheek braised in Valpolicella and cabbage • Buffalo steak with caramelized onions and balsamic vinegar • Octopus sautéed in pizzaiola sauce with garlic and black olive powder • Upside-down cheesecake with white chocolate and raspberry A restaurant that doesn't seek special effects, but achieves them through a mature, coherent, and profoundly informed cuisine. We discovered this restaurant, purely by chance, last Sunday. It was a pleasant discovery! The atmosphere is very refined, elegant, and welcoming. The staff is kind and attentive, and the cuisine is excellent! The Valpolicella-style pork cheek was so tender it could be cut with just the weight of a fork (a real mouth-melter). Congratulations also for the delicious pasta Bolognese, available on the children's menu (homemade macaroni and a delicious ragù). We'll definitely be back.

An elegant restaurant with a wonderful selection of quality wines and a very good cellar. A varied menu with a choice of meat, fish, and vegetarian options for each dish—a rarity. Very good and tastefully presented dishes. The restaurant is accessible to non-thermal bath guests, directly from the town center. A quiet and welcoming atmosphere with several rooms in an ancient villa with exposed beams. The staff is courteous, very professional, and discreet.

This restaurant is adjacent to Villa dei Cedri, located in the upper square of Colà. The atmosphere is in keeping with the spirit of the spa park: very relaxing and elegant. We ordered fillet steak with baked potatoes, a truly high-quality meat, and to finish, an excellent millefeuille. The wine selection is excellent. We'll be back again this evening because the menu is varied and I'm curious to try other dishes.

We visited this fine restaurant as part of a wedding and were completely captivated by the ambiance. Fine dining in a former stately home, now the Hotel Villa dei Cedri, which also includes Villa Moscardo. The food was good, albeit somewhat carelessly presented. We'd have to come back sometime to try the menu. The service was very attentive.
