Good location for hiking, nice designed hotel, situated on a busy road, ongoing construction work but not causing nuisance, spacy new room, good breakfast and diner. Great service by staff, Golf course around the corner. Nice spa facilities and swimming pool with sunbathing garden. Note: they charged 35 euro per dog per day, wich was in our case with two dogs is 70 euro per day, the highest price we ever paid in a hotel.

The hotel is meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail: modern, clean rooms, a large spa with a beautiful heated outdoor pool, a good restaurant, and welcoming staff.

Wonderful food, very friendly and attentive staff, a great hotel, and the free shuttle bus to the Seiser Alm cable car – everything was perfect. We'd love to come back!

First time in Alpe di Siusi, really far to reach from Turin but the trip was really worth to do it. I found the hotel through google search and read all reviews some of which were in our opinion, and compared to our recent experience unfair. The hotel is in a perfect location, with top standards. One of the best breakfast buffet compared to similar hotels. The room with private jacuzzi and sauna, spacious and modern, as well as super clean. Some of the reviews stated bad smells coming from the shower, but that was due to lack of water on the siphon (fixed immediately). The staff always smiling and attentive to our requests. The heated pool just top. Playrooms for kids and a nice fireplace.

A wonderful Christmas holiday for two. The location is unbeatable: just a 2-minute ride to the Seiser Alm station with the free guest shuttle. Great food, fantastic breakfast. A fantastic spa area, with a pool upstairs (always open to kids), and downstairs a sauna area for guests aged 16 and over with four saunas and various loungers. There's also an outdoor cold plunge pool.

Friendly, smiling, kind, and accommodating. What more could you ask for? Enchanting location, airy, clean, and comfortable rooms, a tidy, clean, and well-organized spa area. Superb breakfast, and a special mention to Dasha, a thoughtful and cheerful waitress. We'll definitely be back! Thank you all.

The staff were always helpful and offered a smile, especially Dasha! The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the bathroom was beautiful and spacious, and the bed was truly comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional. And what about the spa? Gorgeous! The outdoor pool is a must-try!

The hotel is in a great location for quickly reaching various tourist attractions. The spa and pool offer a relaxing end to the day. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent cuisine with attention to detail.

Everything was perfect. Excellent room, top-notch breakfast buffet, and a very refined and elegant restaurant. The only flaw, in our opinion, is the exorbitant price (€5.00) for a 75cl bottle of still water.

A truly relaxing getaway. Very comfortable and modernly furnished rooms with beautiful mountain views. The fresh scent of pine wood fills the air. Excellent food selection and very attentive service, plus a wide range of saunas and baths. Excellent and free public transport connections for the region. Hiking trails start right behind the hotel.
