We had the pleasure of spending a week with you. The rooms are very comfortable and the spa is simply wonderful. The breakfast buffet is incredibly varied and delicious. We would have liked better coffee, and an afternoon snack would have been great. The location is superb. We felt very comfortable as a family. The playroom could be a bit more inviting. Our host Sophia and her family gave us a warm welcome; they were very friendly and extremely accommodating! The spa area, pool, and rooms were spotlessly clean and beautiful. The food was delicious and prepared with great care! Overall, our stay was a highlight and simply wonderful!

During our week-long stay, we were absolutely delighted with this hotel. We were particularly impressed by the excellent facilities and the high standard of the entire complex. The staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and very helpful. Special praise goes to the dedicated staff member in the hotel restaurant (thank you, Daša!) who was always available during breakfast and dinner and attentively looked after the guests. The cuisine also deserves the highest praise – both breakfast and dinner offered a wide selection of exquisite, tastefully prepared dishes. The spacious wellness and relaxation area with its pool, saunas, and comfortable relaxation zones, which offers perfect opportunities for rejuvenation, is also a major highlight. Furthermore, we were impressed by the high standard of the rooms and the exemplary cleanliness throughout the entire hotel. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will gladly return at any time. The hotel boasts a very good location (albeit on a busy road) near the valley station, and the ski bus stops right outside. The spa area is nicely designed and offers many saunas, however, the information regarding the days with sauna infusions was unfortunately unclear. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel room was very clean and pleasant. Service: could be improved. Unfortunately, there is also a significant drawback for us: A major downside is that two house cats roam freely in the hotel – including through the dining rooms and at the breakfast buffet. One of the cats even came into our room on two consecutive nights, as the patio door was open for ventilation, and lay down on the bed and in our suitcase while we slept. (We discovered this to our horror in the middle of the night.) The hotel barely reacted to our complaint – although we were told the cats would now be locked up at night, on the third night after 10 p.m. a cat was meowing again outside our balcony door, which we thankfully had closed this time, so we didn't find another cat in our bed/suitcase. This is an absolute no-go, especially for people with cat allergies, and quite repulsive overall – this should be clearly stated.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Vigilerhof in Italy and it truly exceeded all our expectations. After visiting many hotels over the years, we can honestly say this was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every member of the staff was friendly, smiling, and genuinely helpful. Nothing was ever a problem, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was very relaxed and welcoming. You can clearly see that the owner cares deeply about maintaining a very high standard – from the quality of the facilities to the incredible food. A very special thank you goes to Dasha from Slovakia, who was absolutely fantastic. She was always kind, attentive, and professional. We would also like to praise the blonde, short-haired lady who served during breakfasts and dinners – her customer service was truly excellent. The entire team deserves recognition for making guests feel so welcome. The food was simply outstanding. Every meal was a real experience and one of the highlights of our stay. The rooms are spacious, beautifully maintained, and of a very high standard. We especially appreciated the easy access to the wellness area. We were traveling with our baby, and the hotel is surprisingly great for families with small children. Babies are allowed in the pool, and it was very convenient to be able to leave the stroller close to the pool area. We stayed for a full week and enjoyed every single day. The hotel has a lovely family atmosphere and is not overcrowded, which makes the experience even more relaxing. We have visited many hotels, but none have reached the level of quality, service, and hospitality that Hotel Vigilerhof offers. Our stay here was truly an unforgettable experience. We can only highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional place to stay. We will definitely be happy to return.

Excellent hospitality, modern and beautiful rooms, a rich breakfast; the outdoor pool with a view and the relaxation/sauna area are beautiful.

Everything was excellent. Service, food and spa. Wonderful location at the foot of the Schlern mountain and near the Seis cable car.
