A truly relaxing getaway. Very comfortable and modernly furnished rooms with beautiful mountain views. The fresh scent of pine wood fills the air. Excellent food selection and very attentive service, plus a wide range of saunas and baths. Excellent and free public transport connections for the region. Hiking trails start right behind the hotel.

This place is fabulous!! Such wonderful staff!! Everyone was so helpful! The breakfast is such a beautiful spread!! Dinner is wonderful too!! The rooms are big, bathrooms are big and the look out the sliding glass doors is just spectacular!! The Dolomites right there! The pool was wonderful and the quietness of the room was heaven!!

Good location to hike the region for example the Seiseralm. And if you need a rest, the hotel provides everything you can wish for. Relaxing Spa, delicious food and the nicest people.

We enjoyed our time so much. The rooms are fantastic, the food is amazing, and the team is amazing. The hotel is right on the road (which didn't bother us, as it was still very quiet), so it's very easy to reach, and the bus stop is right outside. We'll definitely be back. We spent a wonderful family holiday at Vigilerhof, a hotel perfectly designed for families with children. The entire infrastructure – from rooms to common areas – is family‑friendly. The beautiful pool with spring water and the adults‑only spa area make it easy to relax for both parents and children. The staff delivers service at the highest level, combining professionalism with truly personal attention. Every detail feels carefully taken care of. Breakfasts and dinners were outstanding. Mornings started with a rich, fresh buffet offering a wide variety of local and international options. Dinners were perfectly composed, blending South Tyrolean specialties with Mediterranean touches. Another highlight was the daily excursion suggestions provided at breakfast, which helped us explore the area without extra planning. The hotel’s location right next to a bus stop makes it easy to enjoy the surroundings even without a car.

01/10/2025: The entire staff is attentive, helpful, and multilingual. The cuisine is varied and carefully presented. The rooms and common areas are impeccably clean.
19/09/2025: Traveling with celiac disease can be difficult so we decided to plan a trip around a hotel offering meals that cater to gluten free diets. We chose Hotel Villa Madonna in Alto Adige and were extremely happy with our week-long stay. It included gluten free half board meals (breakfast & supper, daily) and a free guest pass permitting free travel on all regional transportation in the area. The property was nice, the room comfortable and very clean, and the view spectacular. The supper offerings were varied and tasty, with a few surprises thrown in, to our delight, and safe - thank you to the chef and kitchen! Everyone on staff, at both the hotel and in the restaurant, was friendly and helpful - it felt like we were leaving a few friends behind by the time we left. Gabriele, Roman, and Lara at the front desk made sure we were looked after - and were ever patient with our mix of beginner Italian and English. Although many fantastic servers looked after us in the dining room, Facundo was our main server, always greeting us with a smile, making sure we were happy with every dish on the table, and sharing tips and experiences from his explorations of the region. We definitely recommend this lovely place.

15/07/2025: Great spot with good food, beer, and service. Consistently good. Only the beer prices could be a bit cheaper, considering they're a brewery beer garden.
15/07/2025: A selection of excellent beers, and the food is equally impressive. It's worth stopping in both the lovely garden in the summer and the beautiful pub/restaurant inside in the winter.
