Excellent food, welcoming staff...impeccable service.

Finally a restaurant with honest prices in a tourist place. Now a rare thing in Italy. I hope it always stays that way. The food is great, as is the service and ambiance. Among other things, I ate the grilled trout, raised by them: it is superb. In any case, as always, it is advisable to book.

We had lunch with friends during a visit to the Caves. Having come across it almost by chance, beyond the external appearance, we found a very well-kept place, a varied and decidedly tasty menu. We were all very happy. Excellent value for money! A moment more attention to the customer from the waiters wouldn't be bad. In any case, excellent lunch!

During a motorbike tour in the splendid area of ​​Pertosa, we stopped at the Venosa Apertosa restaurant for lunch, attracted by its location and by our hunger! The place is very well looked after, with an informal but welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed break. The staff were very friendly and made us feel at ease straight away. We started with the Pertosa starter, which consists of house-made cured meats and rustic products: genuine and delicious flavours. We then tasted the peasants with porcini mushrooms and the barks with white Pertosa artichoke and bacon, two traditional pasta dishes, prepared with fresh, local ingredients. The grilled lamb was tender and tasty, a real delight, and the desserts, in particular the chestnut cake and the tiramisu made with ladyfingers, closed the meal perfectly. The portions are right, ideal for enjoying multiple dishes without getting too heavy, perfect for those like us who had to continue by motorbike. The prices are balanced and honest, and we will definitely return to try other dishes. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality break in a relaxed setting!

Una piacevolissima sorpresa. Siamo stati a visitare le grotte ed andando via ad un’ora in cui la maggior parte dei ristoranti chiude la cucina (14:30) decidiamo di chiedere se è ancora possibile pranzare. Abbiamo preso due antipasto di terra così composto carciofini sott’olio, bruschetta con caponatina, salame, prosciutto crudo e bocconcino di bufala. Poi abbiamo preso una portata di primo le caserecce ai carciofi e tre bistecche di vitello. Le pietanze decisamente buone ed il prezzo sorprendente per la qualità offerta. Il personale estremamente gentile. Mi sento di consigliare la tappa in questo ristorante.
