Clean and comfortable environment, with a well-kept lawn at the entrance. We ate very well! Excellent service, professional and everything done with kindness and grace. We will definitely be back.

Welcoming place and clean garden with attention to the smallest details with wonderful designer plants. The interior is welcoming and clean, traditional like the kitchen. First course with delicious fresh pasta, like everything else. Quick business lunch. We'll be back.

Il locale è abbastanza accogliente e ampio. Il personale di servizio ai tavoli è praticamente al minimo. Poca la varietà di cibo offerto a menù. Buoni i piatti tipici a base di funghi. Nulla di più per il resto. Prezzi alti rispetto all’offerta. Una bottiglia di vino locale da 75 cl, servita a tavola già stappata (al prezzo di 15 €), un antipasto, un primo e un secondo, un caffè e un bicchierino di grappa per 83 € mi sembra un po’ eccessivo per la tipologia di locale.

There is no questioning the goodness and quality of the dishes on offer, served well and also excellent, the portions are fair and not exaggerated, the only questionable thing is the prices, you have to pay attention to them, 3 starters, three first courses, and three second courses, a wine and two waters and finally three desserts, we spent €250.

12/08/2024: Bellissimo ristorante situato nel giardino del resort, Posto rilassante, cucina ricercata dai sapori nuovi per il palato. Lo staff gentile. Consigliatissimo!
02/08/2024: L’Esperienza vissuta da donna Carmela è stata una bella esperienza… Staff gentilissimo e professionale. La location è bellissima, passando da un corridoio con piante esotiche, che nascondono i Lodges del Resort, salendo pochi scalini si è arriva in un giardino costellato da ulivi imponenti illuminati con piccole lucine gialle, in perfetto stile siciliano, dove a fianco è dislocata la zona ristorante; fianco alla villa che ospita il corpo principale del resort ed all’interno della quale è presente la sala interna del ristorante con la magnificenza del suo tronco intarsiato al centro della sala. Il ristorante ha ricevuto tantissimi riconoscimenti e li merita tutti. Tuttavia ritengo che con maggior estro e creatività può fare veramente il salto di qualità che lo attende. Pochi i piatti veramente sfidanti e che potenzialmente possono lasciarti a bocca aperta. Vista la giovane età dello chef vale la pena mettere più incoscienza nella selezione dei piatti dei menu e spingere in una multicromia di colori e sapori. Bravi Gianluca e Jessica che ci hanno seguito con attenzione, il primo nel wine pairing, la seconda nella gestione della serata/cena. Al prossimo appuntamento…

Trattoria del Cavaliere

24/01/2025: Had lunch on a Sunday in January with friends, so evidently the place was quite full both in the external room and in the internal ones spread over 2 floors. We ate both homemade appetizers and first courses and a grilled meat consisting of various choices. The idea of ​​being able to choose what you want from the various proposals and compose your dish in total freedom is excellent, for example I took a horse meat ball, a meat and pistachio ball and a sausage knot. Nothing exceptional about the first courses, let's say that the attention paid to the dishes is not of interest in this place, but the meat is really good, generous portions and above all really low costs compared to the average of the place, just think that there is a mixed grill nearby that you can't find to compose is around 22 euros while here in the best case scenario, choosing what you want to eat does not exceed 10 euros. For the rest it is really a trattoria, service that gets lost in the confusion, unrelated courses in the service, water and house wine to drink... this is also what creates the atmosphere.
21/01/2025: I think the seafood is fresh, but I ordered a pasta dish, the taste is not my favorite (fish) , but still delicious!
