SuperMario, a great waiter, very friendly and an excellent adviser. Nice place and reasonable bill (the best oxtail stew we've ever eaten).

Nice restaurant near Via della Conciliazione. Service is good but could be improved. Waiters who hum or don't speak fluent English are unacceptable in my opinion. We had the supplì as an appetizer, which were good, although the breading wasn't well done, thin and flavorless. The filling, however, was good quality and tasty. For our first courses, we had an amatriciana and a cacio e pepe. Both were well-executed, flavorful, and the pasta was cooked to perfection. Nothing to complain about.

Excellent restaurant, far from the tourist traps. A truly authentic Roman experience. The chef's recommendations are spot-on; follow them without hesitation. I highly recommend the wood-fired lamb chops and the artichokes. I recommend it without hesitation!

I only went to that restaurant because it was a "trick." It's across the street. Impatient service. The atmosphere isn't good.

A welcoming restaurant in the heart of Borgo Pio. The staff is extremely friendly, although service can be a bit slow due to the large number of guests. The cuisine is traditional Roman, and they even have a wood-fired pizza oven. As for dessert, the tiramisu is delicious, but I highly recommend leaving out the whipped cream, which is completely unnecessary on the tiramisu itself.

27/01/2026: What an absurd place. We got off at Tiburtina, arrived here starving at 2:30 PM, and wow, we ate so much and so well. I wasn't familiar with the place or their all-you-can-eat offering, and I was pleasantly surprised. The only thing they decide is the appetizers; for the rest, you have wine, water, traditional first courses, and traditional second courses as much as you want, and yes, we all thought, "Well, they must be poorly made, rushed, or of poor quality." Nothing could be more wrong. Good food that's good for your stomach and soul, staff that makes you feel at home, and a place that reminds you of grandma's house. I hope to be able to return.
22/01/2026: We had a great time, the place was friendly and beautiful!! The food was very good and, above all, Roman!
