Local located in an alley in the historic center of Vercelli, it offers typical dishes of Piedmontese cuisine. Overall a positive experience, even if the Piedmontese mixed fried food - even more than decent - does not reach the sublime heights fixed in the memory by the wonderful and incomparable mixed fried food that could once be enjoyed in Confienza at the San Rocco restaurant, managed by Stefano Giussi and mother Casalone. ..

Posto davvero molto carino..locale tipico nel centro storico di Vercelli… cucina piemontese/vercellese! Personale molto professionale e cortese, ottima qualità del cibo, menu’ molto ricco…ottima la lista dei vini…

Locale settecentesco caratteristico in centro storico. Cucina professionale con piatti della tradizione locale. Buona la panissa, piatto rurale della zona. Alla carta, difficile stare sotto i 30 euro, un po' meno con menu' fisso.

Typical restaurant with quality regional cuisine. The panissa, a symbolic dish of the Vercelli area, is excellent. If you dine à la carte you spend at least thirty euros. The fixed menu is smaller.

Excellent dishes, impeccable service. I was traveling along the Francigena and it was very pleasant to stop in beautiful Vercelli and discover this restaurant. I will definitely be back!

01/09/2024: I gave it 5 stars because it was an amazing experience. The place boasts a breathtaking view, I found very helpful and kind people to welcome us. For children it is the ideal place with many opportunities for entertainment (ping pong table, football pitch, volleyball, basketball, bowls...), for adults there are beautiful relaxation areas where you can enjoy the view or simply have a chat. Furthermore, there is the possibility of taking small excursions to fully immerse yourself in nature. The food was excellent and plentiful. Yes you can reach the refuge either on foot or with a small rack, this makes this little piece of paradise accessible to everyone. I highly recommend it!!!
