We were lucky to have received hospitality here: if there had been no room, we would have had to return home to Imola to prepare lunch, given that the restaurant where we had booked decided to stay closed at 12.45pm. extraordinarily, WITHOUT NOTIFYING US.
We ate well, it was great on the veranda, I drank a glass of Sangiovese which I really liked: I really liked the Semifreddo Valsellustra.
It made us go away from the irritation of seeing a lunch out of town disappear, WITHOUT warning.

Siamo stati ieri a pranzo in questo posto, direi molto rustico, con prezzi medi, non bassi direi. Ci siamo venuti sotto consiglio, anche se il caldo, a livello di appettito mi ha fatto gustare poco cio' che in realta' avrei voluto mangiare. Comunque i porcini fritti, in graticola e le bruschette erano ottime. Vino della casa buono e il primo di mio marito super abbondante. Direi che consiglierei questo posto con una stagione piu' frescotta.

Location tradizionale, camerieri pressoché assenti. Perciò servizio lento. Seggiolone per bambini insistente. (ormai lo si trova ovunque). Idem un menù bimbi il che quindi denota poca considerazione delle famiglie con bambini piccoli. Pietanze buone ma molte sono arrivate fredde o a malapena tiepide.

good tagliatelle with ragu and taglioni with porcini mushrooms, very good sliced meat and fillet with porcini mushrooms. Clean and not bad environment. Too bad about the service. Little customer care (we had to ask for bread) and generally served without even a smile. We spend a good amount on the bill and we don't even wonder how we found it. We won't be returning.

Place outside Dozza in the middle of the greenery, excellent quality food, delicious homemade desserts, very kind family run. To return.
