The quality of the food doesn't justify the price.
The frying oil, first and foremost, needs changing.
Artichoke risotto was average quality.
Porcini risotto with coarsely chopped mushrooms.
Pumpkin gnocchi tasted only of flour.
French fries left on the plate.
Baked potatoes covered in unpleasant oil.
Average price: €15 per dish.
I was hoping for something better.

I was looking for a gluten-free restaurant/pizzeria and found this one, a wonderful discovery. The food is excellent, safe for those with intolerances, and there's a wide selection.
The staff is friendly, and the red-haired guy is very knowledgeable; you can tell he loves his job.
I recommend it.

I’ve always enjoyed this restaurant and have been here many times, but during my last two visits service has clearly struggled. The waiters are kind, helpful, and do their best, but they are too few to handle three rooms. Waiting three hours for an appetizer and main course isn’t acceptable, especially twice. The food is still excellent and the staff great, but the restaurant really needs at least one more waiter and a better-organized kitchen team.

Last night I dined with friends at this restaurant in Giaveno and was truly impressed. I started with crispy and flavorful fried artichokes, followed by excellent mushrooms, carefully prepared in full respect of local tradition.
The highlight was a grilled entrecôte, cooked to perfection: tender, juicy, and with that smoky aroma that only a proper grill can provide.
To finish on a high note, a Piedmontese bunet, perfect in texture and flavor, accompanied by a high-quality passito wine that enhanced every bite.
The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, helping make the experience even more enjoyable.
A truly worth a visit, ideal for those seeking authenticity, good food, and a friendly atmosphere.

I think they should reinstate the lunch menu until Friday and otherwise remain open only for dinner, since lunches during the week are mostly quick business lunches.

Excellent!
Out of curiosity, I wanted to try the gluten-free pizza—it was amazing! But the rest of the dishes I saw at other tables were also very inviting. The staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable, making you feel immediately at ease. The simple and honest atmosphere, combined with the attentive service, makes you want to come back. Well done!

A very welcoming atmosphere, impeccable staff, excellent and fast service. We had a delicious pizza dinner, made with special and highly digestible flours, and delicious homemade desserts. We'll definitely be back to learn more about the cuisine... I highly recommend it for a meal with respectful class and refinement.
