18/11/2024: Try the hare pappardelle or the stuffed pigeon or the rabbit with wild fennel etc. ... I have no words to say how masterly these local specialties are cooked ... I live in Rome but I can't wait to return to Botticella to savor that cuisine again because that lady makes you take a leap in quality in ancient local culinary tradition (compliments to the good cook).
