Ristorante Va.Do. In Roma

I went to this restaurant with a friend last night for the first time, and I have to say I had a great time. I had the "Vado e Tonno," a Japanese-style tuna steak. It was excellent with the side dishes. The sparkling wine had evaporated a bit, so I recommend keeping it bottled for longer, but overall, it was an excellent dinner.

In the heart of Pigneto, this restaurant is an institution. Exceptional and tasty dishes. I recommend the feta cheese in filo pastry. DELICIOUS.

The place was packed and very crowded. The food was average, considering it was a Saturday night. In fact, we ate much better on Sunday.

Va.Do in Pigneto was truly a wonderful discovery. I've eaten there twice and always had a wonderful experience, and today, when I ordered delivery, I had definitive confirmation. There was a small discrepancy between the menu on Deliveroo and the one currently in use: they even called me twice to clarify everything, with great attention and kindness, even the chef. A care for the customer that is increasingly rare these days and that I had already noticed in previous experiences. Because once is a coincidence, twice is a clue, and three is proof. The food is truly excellent, and the attention they put into what they do is evident. Truly excellent. Highly recommended.

Honestly, my expectations were different; some dishes were well executed, others could be improved. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Enchanting location, excellent food, and attentive service. Prices are moderately high, but very reasonable considering everything. The paccheri are delicious.
