Ristorante Umi In Siracusa

We have eaten here almost EVERY NIGHT of our stay in Syracuse. Friendly staff and great food that is fresh. The ordering process can be a little overwhelming and confusing, but if you mess up just go back again and try again, you can't go wrong really. The Tartare is amazing, and the sushi is great too. My new wife and I love it here!

Best sushi in Syracuse. Good quality food, small and not heavy sushi. Uramaki for 4 so you can try more flavors. Too bad it doesn't have much advertising and a lot of attendance because it deserves more than the others.

The sushi is really good and the menu offers a good variety, from classic dishes to more creative options. The rolls are carefully prepared. The atmosphere is modern and cozy, although the place can be a bit noisy when full. The service is fast and the staff is very friendly, maybe even too attentive to the opinion of the customers, it could be annoying. A great choice for sushi lovers, with a good quality-price ratio. For years now, despite the change of management, my trusted restaurant.

Good quality, interesting combination of sushi and Sicilian flavors (pistachio, almond). We also liked the plating. Nice background music too!
