Giro in moto in Umbria, tra Amelia, Todi e Terni e per pranzo mi fermo a Kozak, ormai uno dei ristoranti preferiti in zona Terni. Accoglienza superlativa da parte di Andrea, il titolare, e ho ritrovato la stessa passione e dedizione della cucina con cui ci ha abituato da quando abbiamo conosciuto questo locale. Oggi, prendo i ravioli neri di spigola, lo spiedo di carne marinata con patatine e salse e una buonissima torta con frutti di bosco. Tempi giusti tra una portata e l'altra. Tutto squisito! Come sempre. A presto!

Pranzo speciale a metà febbraio. Accoglienza da festa, servizio impeccabile. Oggi ordiniamo un po' di tutto: iniziamo con il minestrone di verdure (il borsch ucraino) e l'involtini di verza, riso e carne, poi i ravioli di fegato, la bistecca con patate, il cosciotto farcito e due torte Spartak (una delizia!). Ottimo anche il prosecco consigliato da Andrea, il titolare. Un pranzo squisito, tutte le portate cucinate con maestranza e passione, la squadra in cucina merita davvero un caldo abbraccio! Fino alla prossima visita, grazie a tutti!

19/07/2025: Very beautiful and quiet place. For relaxation and privacy with your loved one. Service in the restaurant at dinner was slow. Breakfast with a large selection. Didn't like the massage...for 120€ they just stroked it
15/07/2025: This resort is top shelf! The friendly and helpful staff, not to mention the restaurant on-site as well as the breakfast, along with the views from a painting exceeded our expectations. I would go back here in a heartbeat. Beautiful spacious rooms, amazing facilities and amenities and the vineyard itself. Amazing place I’d highly recommend!

06/07/2025: I had dinner at Umami on a very hot evening in July. The outdoor area is nice with a nice table setting, but in the courtyard an abandoned building is proudly displayed. The food is very good: I recommend the courgette flowers stuffed with ricotta. The prawns with grilled fruit and vegetables were also excellent, accompanied by a superlative tomato ice cream with smoked paprika. A more than honest account. For the Municipality: the promotion of tourism also includes the care of small places, perhaps even just with a panel that covers the ruined building!
05/07/2025: A total experience!! I recommend trusting the chef and ordering the tasting menu! It's creative, original, and respectful of the ingredients. The wines are particularly well chosen to complement the dishes. Bravo!! I'm already dreaming of returning to Terni, if only to eat there again! The service is attentive, and you feel like part of the family!
