Good food, a delicious menu with seasonal and well-prepared dishes, friendly service, and fair prices. The location is particularly appealing in the summer because of the terrace. A couple of degrees more in the dining room would be worth considering! I recommend it!

Ligurian tavern in Taggia ... dishes of the past like those of grandma (for those like me who were lucky enough to still have a grandmother who knew how to cook real Ligurian cuisine) welcoming and very kind staff ... simple dishes without contamination but well cared for and cooked with flavors that recall those of the past ... genuine ... highly recommended
10/02/2026: We went to Cavallo Bianco and had a truly excellent experience. We tried several traditional Ligurian dishes, and you can immediately taste the quality of the cuisine and ingredients. The atmosphere is welcoming, family-friendly, and the service is friendly. The torta verde is their real highlight, while the brandacuju, stockfish, sausage, and stuffed vegetables are also excellent. Don't miss the traditional desserts, like stroscia. We'll definitely be back!
