We had baked scamorza cheese with zucchini and small anchovy fish – very tasty! But also a very fatty and filling dish (we only ate half each; it was definitely too big for us). Something new, new flavors for us, and we're so glad we tried it. The baked potatoes were amazing. We felt both hungry and stuffed at the same time 😂 The service was very friendly.

Tradition, quality, history, typical dishes, and a family atmosphere; definitely recommended for those looking for traditional food in a traditional setting.
This restaurant has been in business since the 1600s!

After a long time we enjoyed a nice dinner, from the appetizer to the coffee. One thing better than the other. I found in the flavors and the welcome my grandmother's cooking combined with the quality of the raw materials, that extra pinch of modernity and the kindness of all the staff.
Personally I fell in love with that smoked beef carpaccio. It melts in your mouth 🥰, not to mention the first courses and everything else.
Definitely to be repeated 💪🏻

Typical restaurant and environment, in the heart of the historic center. In summer there are some tables to eat outside. The food is very good and you can order excellent typical dishes. My favorite is the chickpea and chestnut soup. Highly recommended. Eleonora and Piero, two exceptional people!

Locale raccolto con bellissima boiserie d’ epoca. Lombrichelli alla viterbese, tagliatelle ai funghi porcini e trippa deliziosi. Interessante l’ idea di proporre insalata con arance e mandorle e nocciole. Abbiamo visto un piatto di ossi buchi di vitella che sembravano molto buoni. Dolci superlativi: crema di ricotta con cioccolato e torta di riso con crema. Buono il vino della casa.

locale in pieno centro storico , si raggiunge facilmente . Locale piccolo pochi tavoli atmosfera da trattoria ben curato e pulito. Abbiamo scoperto che aveva partecipato alla trasmissione 4 ristoranti . Abbiamo preso la zuppa di ceci e castagne ,specialità della zona , molto buona ,cosi come la zuppa di funghi e altro .
Non hanno birra alla spina mi hanno servito una birra in bottiglia da 66cl .Ma va bene dopo una giornata di camminata . Direi bene , servizio corretto ambiente molto accogliente . da consigliare .
