While passing through with friends we stopped in this restaurant, a beautiful and particular environment, perhaps the cleanliness of the bathrooms needs to be looked after a little better, nice to find the salami, good, and the wine on the table, tagliolini with sausage ragout very good, my wife had the braised meat, excellent, we had the boiled meat with the head, what can I say it's been a long time since I ate boiled meat accompanied by such good green bath, compliments indeed, to finish with an encore of desserts, panna cotta and bonet. We will definitely be back.
Update, we found the place very clean, the rest remained, as already said in the previous review, of a superior level, today I ate the tripe with potatoes really well done, excellent. Well done

Siamo stati in questo ristorane poiché incuriositi dalle ottime recensioni. Devo dire che effettivamente non abbiamo mangiato male ed anche le porzioni sono state soddisfacenti, ma nulla di entusiasmante. Prodotti fatti la maggior parte da loro seguendo la tradizione piemontese, sfortunatamente non tutti ben riusciti FANTASTICO IL SALAME ed il secondo di carne. Discreto il servizio al tavolo, si può fare di meglio, seppur si è in una trattoria. La location è um mix tra vecchio e nuovo, sicuramente mi auguro che stiano ristrutturano tutto il locale, ma sinceramente il mischione che ho visto non mi è piaciuto affatto. Sei una trattoria rimani tale a mio avviso.

Il posto è molto bello con una splendida vista sulle colline dalle ampie vetrate.
A tavola trovi subito un salame su un tagliere che ti aspetta e che ti fa sentire a casa.
Abbiamo poi degustato un ottima carne cruda ed un delicatissimo vitello tonnato seguiti da peperoni con una delicata bagna cauda.
I ragazzi in sala sono molto gentili e non lesinano sui bis.
I primi sono degli ottimi tagliolini artigianali con ragù di carne e salsiccia da urlo, seguiti poi da ottimi agnolotti conditi con burro e salvia.
Dei secondi accompagnati con delle deliziose patate al forno abbiamo provato solo lo stinco perché per l'arrosto non avevamo veramente più spazio. I dolci anche erano molto buoni e tradizionali.
Il tutto innaffiato da un ottimo grignolino.
Una gran bella serata ed un prezzo assolutamente molto onesto per la quantità e la qualità del cibo.
