I believe there are only two restaurants in the entire Susa Valley that truly deserve to live up to their reputation, and one of them is Baritlera.
A guarantee: seasonality, craftsmanship, tradition with a touch of imagination, courtesy, and, last but not least, musical selection.
We will always be happy to return to Andrea and Giorgia, and we hope they continue to do so for many, many years to come.

I visited this restaurant last week using a Smart Box that was given to me. I ate very well. The food was excellent, local, and characteristic. The staff were very kind and professional. I had three courses for two people, and they were more than enough. I also had water and coffee, and the owner didn't charge me anything even though it wasn't included in the Smart Box. A much-appreciated gesture. I didn't see much parking, but I went there for lunch, and there was room. I will definitely be back.

We were there on a quiet evening, so I think the kitchen wasn't at full capacity. The dishes weren't impeccable. However, the service was good, the owners were friendly, and the attention to detail in the ingredients and the wine selection were truly noteworthy.

An experience we absolutely must repeat... We stumbled upon this place by chance and immediately felt at home. The people were so friendly on the phone. Once we arrived at the restaurant, we chose a local tasting menu, which we highly recommend. It was a sensory journey of truly well-balanced and flavorful flavors, accompanied by excellent wines. Not to mention the truly exquisite dessert. I can confirm their friendliness, as the people were truly helpful and kind. I recommend everyone to take a moment in their lives for an unexpected and exciting journey, as it was for me.
