I would say that the winter menu is decidedly more interesting. However, the chef's commitment to offering fresh dishes even on the palate in quite sultry periods is appreciated. I will definitely and definitely and definitely return....

I have been going to the La Baritlera restaurant for about 20 years, it has always been my favourite. Bucolic, quiet place, wide assortment of excellent wines, special dishes in the preparation and with local ingredients at km0. Very friendly and attentive customer service. Excellent value for money. The tasting menu is highly recommended.

Excellent food, pets allowed but definitely not loved! Such a pity! We will never return to this restaurant where you can breathe fake freedom!!!

A year later I returned for dinner and I remembered very well…. Food cooked with great care...excellent presentation of the dishes...served in a warm and serene environment by a very friendly waitress...knowledgeable about the wines and dishes brought to the table... With a smile and kindness, attentive to all details

Calf brains, snails on monk grass, that's something different. Plus a local bottle of special red wine from the Suza Valley. Great menu with really special dishes away from the usual dishes and away from the tourist crowds. A true slow food delight.
