Had lunch today, August 15, 2025 (Ferragosto), our first time here, but we'll be back because everything was excellent, both the food and the service. Roby and Regina.

A relaxed yet elegant venue, with warm and attentive service and a consistently interesting menu. They often use freshly caught fish and seasonal ingredients! Highly recommended.

A hidden gem of a restaurant in the hills of the Susa Valley. Very tasty and beautifully presented local fine food, in a cosy yet elegant atmosphere. Thanks from la Casa di Svizzeri :)

Welcoming place both inside, there are two nice rooms and outside there is a beautiful covered terrace. Excellent food. Fresh homemade pasta. Delicate but tasty flavors. The peaches with anchovies and parsley are really worth trying.....one of the many treats to try. Every course changed plate and cutlery. Kind and professional staff. We will definitely be back. Conosco e frequento la Baritlera da molti anni. Il livello è rimasto estremamente elevato sia nella cucina - davvero ottima e capace di concorrere e superare ristoranti ben più rinomati (evviva il cuoco!) - che nel servizio. Il locale è situato in un luogo molto tranquillo e in armonia con il territorio. I locali semplici e accoglienti, si fondono perfettamente con il paesaggio. Il personale, cortese, competente e sorridente, rende ogni pasto un vero piacere in un clima di relax. Gli ingredienti, sempre di stagione, locali e di qualità ottima, sono magnificamente elaborati in ricette e combinazione che sono una sorpresa e un vero piacere per il palato.Che dire? Bravi, bravi e ancora bravi: tenete duro e continuate così!
