This farm Stay is an oasis away from the busy cities located out in a quiet countryside. You are surrounded by an olive Orchard with very kind staff to make your stay perfect. The restaurant here is strictly top-notch, serving the best and freshest local foods.

We loved our short stay. The hotel is loaded with character, and the staff is welcoming and attentive. Dinner was very good, and the breakfasts bountiful. The property and surroundings are beautiful. Easy to get to Ostuni and all other towns of note.

The entire site was gorgeous! Spacious room - there was a storage room, a large bathroom, a kettle was a plus. You can choose the breakfast items and they were all delicious! The staff was especially pleasant and helpful. Would stay there again if I'm in the area. The olive oil tasting tour was a great experience. Highly recommended!!

We loved the space, light and comfort throughout our stay. All the staff were cheerful and very helpful. The feast was excellent but we also appreciated the lighter meals customised to our taste on the other evenings. A wonderful place!

DINNER Review I thought about it a few days before writing this review, and I'm giving it a 3. Beautiful place. A wonderful experience with six surprise courses. The story behind the dishes and the use of local ingredients were beautiful. Everything was perfect, but I have to give it a 3 because of four things I didn't like: 1) Price: €95 for a dinner is out of line. (€65 for dinner + €35 for the wine pairing). 2) Wine: It's advertised as unlimited, but it isn't. They never came to refill; I had to beg, and two out of three times, they told me they didn't have any; the third time, they didn't even come. 3) Quantity: I got up at the end of the dinner still hungry, which is unacceptable when you spend €100 on dinner. 4) Second course: The only second course was a meatloaf (lamb). With a dinner like this, I definitely expect a more substantial second course.

We had the absolutely most wonderful stay at the masseria! The grounds were stunning, service amazing and so relaxing. Highly recommend staying here and also having dinner!

Is hot water a right? Not here! It's with a heavy heart that I write this review. My husband and I stayed at this property for four nights. We were assigned the "Cedro" room. For the sake of intellectual honesty, I won't just list the "flaws" but will begin by listing the advantages of this property, based on our experience: ⁃ Ideal for those who aspire to slow living, immersed in nature and far from the chaos of the city but only 10 minutes from the white city, it has a swimming pool; ⁃ ​​We slept well: the room assigned to us didn't overlook the internal courtyard but was located between the courtyard and the pool, so we couldn't hear any noise, which is undoubtedly a plus; ⁃ Breakfast was served based on our preferences expressed the day before: excellent, both sweet and savory. Now for the negatives: - Lack of hot water in the room. You certainly don't expect to have to wash yourself with cold water after returning from the pool, but that's what happens, unfortunately, when a boiler serves two rooms, so those who arrive first have hot water, while those who arrive later only have cold water. - Regarding this issue, despite complaints, the staff did nothing to address the problem; in fact, we were told they would send someone, but they never arrived. Personally, I would have expected more attention to guests; anyone managing a hotel should be able to deal with even unpleasant situations: hearing them say, "That seems strange" when we again pointed out that there was no hot water in the room wasn't pleasant. In other reviews, read just now, other guests complain about the same thing. In any case, we find it strange to pay more than €250 a night for no hot water; but even more so to see the staff so completely indifferent; there was no attempt to make amends or even apologize. I believe the goal of a property is for guests to speak well of it, recommend it to others, or at least have the desire to return or extend their stay. Here, the staff seems more interested in making you stay for dinner, and frankly, that's a shame. Speaking of dinner, I'll make a small aside regarding the restaurant. They offer a 7- or 5-course set menu. We chose the 7-course one on our first evening: good ingredients, good food, but €70 is certainly a bit overpriced. With an à la carte menu, guests would certainly be more inclined to stay for dinner. As a Southerner, I conclude by saying that the typical Southern Italian hospitality is missing: their target audience is definitely foreign tourists. I hope this review can help other travelers choose the right property for them and help the management improve, because guests always remember how they were treated!
