I’ll focus my review on the dinner, as everything else was perfect. While the ingredients were very fresh and the staff absolutely lovely, I found the dishes a bit underwhelming. They were quite simple, lacked distinctive flavours, and the presentation felt a bit rushed. I would have appreciated bolder tastes and smaller portions, I couldn’t even finish the last dish... Overall, it felt quite expensive for what I got.

Incredible place full of very authentic charm with citrus garden, swimming pool, comfortable rooms distributed in several buildings. Gastronomic menu in several courses where vegetables and garden products are available, very friendly service towards tourists with explanation for each dish for example, tasting of very fragrant olive oil from Salento. Everything is produced on site and organic. A beautiful family story. To book if you want to make a nice, slightly more expensive stopover in the Ostuni region.

A traditional olive farm just 10 minutes from the Citta Bianca Ostuni. Magnific place, an oasis. A dinner with 8 surprise courses as a magical show with the owner since 35 years participating and explaining every course. Must be visited for an experience!

Nice charming location with great helpful staff

Lovely stay at this gorgeous masseria, staff were so helpful especially Soleil and Andre, we loved exploring the grounds, and the attention to details and decor were captivating. The homemade biscuits were delicious! Would definitely recommend this location for a stay! If water in the room was potable would give it 5 stars!

Wonderful experience both for the location, space, staff and food. If I want to be in this area of Puglia, I always choose to stay here. It's like coming home. Peaceful, quiet, attentive staff.

After reading the spectacular reviews of this Masseria for our first trip to Puglia we booked 3 nights one full month ago . We have been to Italy many times and were expecting a great experience. Our 3 week adventure had us flying from Istanbul and Cappadocia on Sunday April 6 — to Bari - Puglia. We were astounded to get an email 18 hours before our arrival stating that for unexplained circumstances the Masseria’ restaurant would be closed for dinner during our stay …. Unbelievable— you go to a Masseria for the food - especially dinner on property with their local ingredients. The property is 10 minutes away from any restaurant….. I got another email saying they could supply us with restaurant recommendations etc and cold cuts upon arrival. After I emailed back questioning again what was happening I was told we could have dinner on Wednesday evening — I had to keep reminding them we would be in Firenze by that time . To their credit they did not charge any fee for cancellation and were very nice in an email apologizing—- But …. Not what you expect from a 5 star property— My guess was it was low season and they did not want to open the restaurant. Imagine our horror at having to try and book a last minute reservation for a Masseria in Puglia at last minute while we were in another country. I know this is a wonderful property but they did not cover themselves in glory April 6–9 this year. I do wish them the best in the future.
