I'm giving it five stars because I can't give it more. Located in a pine forest, it has all the comforts, room service, and rooms—everything is simply perfect!

Very nice hotel (full of paintings and football-related displays). We had the suite with a small balcony and We only discovered during our vacation that Buffon owned it. Clean rooms, kind, professional, and friendly staff. Convenient parking both in front of the main entrance and at the back, but for a fee. You can use the spa (for a fee), but it was already full, only for 1 hour. I hoped for a much richer breakfast. Because by 9:30 the table was already low on food, even though it closes at 10:30. In the summer, there's an outdoor pool.

A charming little place. The rooms are beautiful and equipped with every comfort and complimentary toiletries. Great attention to detail throughout. Beautiful garden and pool available to guests. The gym in the outdoor gazebo, near a small children's playground, was also a real treat for after-work relaxation. The breakfast was top-notch, both sweet and savory, with some treats I invite you to try! The staff is always helpful and kind to all guests. Not only will I return (both for work and as a couple), but I highly recommend it to everyone. Inside, you can also find a small "museum" dedicated to the best goalkeeper in Italy (and beyond)...very beautiful but never over the top. I won't say anything else, discover it for yourself 😉

Pleasant small hotel, situated in a quiet part of the city. Large garden, outdoor fitness, nice pool, outdoor seating. Plenty of free parking spaces in 2 parking lots in the Horela area. Cars are safe - monitored by cameras. The hotel is tastefully decorated, lots of marble in the interior, clean rooms, plenty of storage space. Clean bathroom, better cosmetics available. Shower suitable for Max 1 person 🙂 Our room had a spacious balcony overlooking the pool and large garden. Breakfast was excellent, various combinations of toast, Italian pastries with different types of ham, salami, cheese, vegetables. About 6 types of croissants, various desserts, excellent hard cheese, prosciutto, salami, etc. Excellent coffee! Next to the restaurant also a night bar. Reception, restaurant and bar - many football jerseys, balls, gloves, football boots, etc. All original artifacts including personal awards of the famous Italian goalkeeper "Gigi Buffon" with a little luck you can meet him in the hotel. Nice staff, our son, who also plays football, received a postcard of Gigi Buffon with an original autograph plus a promise to sign a photo 👌🏻🇮🇹⚽ Small shortcomings: missing refrigerator in the room (only minibar available), missing source of drinking water in the common area. Found by chance at the last minute, a splendid hotel with indoor parking, surrounded by a park with a swimming pool and an outdoor gym, everything meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail. The rooms were spacious, elegantly furnished, and spotlessly clean. Ours even had a lovely furnished balcony, and the bathroom was modern and spacious. The staff was extremely kind and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful, with a wide selection of sweet and savory options. The bar was well-stocked. For football fans, there's a large display of Buffon's jerseys and trophies. All just 5 minutes from the beaches. The price was very fair. We'll definitely be back!

Pleasant stay. Spacious and well-equipped room (shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer, coffee, tea, minibar, tissues, bathrobe and slippers) but shower too small. Bedding OK. Soundproofing not great. Breakfast with choice but repetitive. Location is great. The restaurant is great. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Breakfast is very good, cleanliness 5*, jacuzzi on the terrace is very good, nice, green environment. The kitchen vent is right next to the terrace, neither the sound nor the smell means you can't ventilate the room through the terrace, it's good that there are two small windows on the other side. We put our own drinks in the fridge, for which we received a thunderous letter. I understand Mr. Buffon's concern, maybe some of the attention devoted to these guests could be spent on checking the central ventilation/air conditioning system (the receptionist couldn't even tell me what it was, because it was turned off) that rattles at 40 decibels in the room day and night, to see if it adds to the relaxation. It's also written in the hallway: the best relaxation is silence... it would be nice to hear...
