Ristorante TOMO In Mariano comense

TOMO used to be one of my favorite Japanese restaurants. I used to come here all the time. Unfortunately, it's closed now, which is a real shame. I hope they reopen soon—we'll definitely be back!

Reading the lovely reviews below, I'm convinced that the evening I tried Tomo Restaurant was an unfortunate one. The atmosphere is very nice, well-kept, and clean. The food was very good: the fish was very fresh, the uramaki were just the right size, and the selection was plentiful. Unfortunately, the service was truly awful. The waits were endless and unnerving. Missing dishes, incorrect dishes... after hours of waiting, we were informed that an uramaki we'd requested several times was out of stock. I'll definitely give Tomo Restaurant another chance, because we ate so well! Let's hope next time is a good one!
