The breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice and everything fresh. The service was very kind and professional. Mario and Erika make international capucci and are truly excellent like all the others on the staff!!! Greetings from Sicily and Calabria

Food Is fantastic! Same for the staff I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the ingredients. The ambience could be much better (the location itself could be enhanced a bit to make it more pleasant) , it could really be a great restaurant

Had the crispy egg as an antipasto. It was tasty, but I expected a little more flavor. Hubby had the veal rolls. These were a bit dry and tasteless. I always think it's a shame when something as delicious as veal is mistreated. As a secondi I had the tuna tagliata. This was dry and salty. Furthermore, it had no taste. Shame. Hubby had the steak. Except that it was rawer than ordered, the taste was good. Inventive dishes were devised, but the execution left much to be desired. When I explained why I had only eaten 1/3 of the tuna, €5.20 was deducted from the €26.00. Staff very friendly, that's no problem.

We visited Olbia and chose to have dinner at our hotel's restaurant. It was a really good decision! The experience was excellent in every respect. I started with an octopus starter, which was simply exquisite: soft, well-seasoned and perfectly cooked. As a second course, I opted for the seafood omelette, which turned out to be an equally excellent choice. The freshness of the ingredients was evident and the flavor of the sea was deliciously authentic. The service was friendly and professional, with appropriately calibrated waiting times, demonstrating the care taken in preparing the dishes. Highly recommended for those looking for quality and taste!

We were presently surprised by the service, food and atmosphere. We were greeted by Bernadetta, the restaurant manager, who was professional, helpful and friendly in all manner of customer service. She was extremely attentive and informative. Our waiter, Mario, was also very accommodating and enjoyed a wonderful conversation. Both ensured our meals were to our satisfaction and explained each item to us. My husband, for Entree, had the Mussel and Clam Stew which was fresh and extremely tasty, I had the Caprese Salad, which was fresh and the tomatoes were extremely flavoursome. For Main, my husband had beef fillets with mushrooms and I had the Gnocchetti with Beef Ragout, which were both tasty.

Food was good, the staff was very nice. Prices are rather expensive but it is a hotel.
