The food was absolutely top-notch – from the quality to the presentation, simply outstanding. The service was friendly and attentive, making the evening even more enjoyable. Luckily for them, today, August 15th, I'm on vacation, and having a food critic drop by unannounced is always a surprise! We arrived at 12:10, everything was perfect. The place was partially empty, but only because they managed to stagger the arrivals. By 1:30 PM, the place was full. The service, although (in the osteria) is far superior, despite two stumbles on the orders, everything was resolved quickly and with a smile—a rare quality these days. The food was excellent, a bit like a fancy restaurant but with osteria-style portions (abundant). The bill: Slightly above expectations, but after all, August 15th on the beach deserves a treat. For now, I'm satisfied and will return for an aperitivo before the end of the holiday.

A very relaxing experience, many surprises in the dishes... like the thyme meringue and the fantastic coconut dessert with rosemary crumbs, a real revelation... the waiters are exceptional... excellent at their work... very welcoming, professional, polite... not intrusive...
