We left the chef free to choose with the 8-course menu, the result: great quality, variety and attention to detail. Obviously also super full.

We were given an 8-course tasting menu selected for us by chef Stefano Binda. The place is small with tasteful modern furnishings, too bad it was a very hot day and they chose to leave the doors open without the air conditioning working. We were greeted in a discreet and very professional manner by the girl who served us and explained every single course in detail including the excellent wines that accompanied it. You can see that behind every dish there is a work of research into almost perfection between presentation and taste, between the tradition of the raw materials used and the innovation of the technique with which they are made. Of everything we tasted, my favorite was the pea risotto, soy beans, goat cheese cream, mushroom glaze and herb sauce, in addition to the desserts, all of which were sublime.

Excellent restaurant, starting from the refined, creative and stimulating cuisine and continuing with an attentive yet discreet and never intrusive service. We appreciated the proposals (tasting menus also available) with various options also for vegetarians. Tables are available both inside and on the promenade in front of the restaurant and in a small, very suggestive internal courtyard. Correct bill and adequate to the level of the restaurant. Absolutely recommended.

Lo Chef Stefano Binda è sempre una certezza. Grande maestria nella preparazione dei piatti e servizio impeccabile. Questo è un ristorante da visitare spesso. I prezzi, rapportati alla qualità delle materie prime e al livello del ristorante, sono più che corretti.

Ottimi la maggior parte dei piatti. Non mi sono piaciuti gli spaghetti freddi perché oggettivamente erano "incollati". Ottimo il servizio e i consigli sulla scelta del vino. Due pecche però:
1. Per una degustazione di 6 portare ci hanno impiegato due ore e mezza a servirci e calcolando che erano quasi tutti piatti freddi mi sembra eccessivo.
2. Un piatto (mini, nonostante gli avessi chiesto un piatto più abbondante!) di pasta al pomodoro per il bambino ci hanno fatto pagare 10 euro.
