I have been to this restaurant a year later and I must confirm everything I said previously.
Some family members joined me and I took them to this "treasure", making them taste not only the spaghetti with cacio e pepe, but also the breaded porcini mushrooms and the famous rib... a very good piece of meat cooked to "perfection".
It is useless to add the quality of the service and their availability to our requests.
For me I classify it as an "essential" stop for those coming to Salento for a gastronomic visit.
Fernando, I'm from Bari which is not around the corner, I will try to convince my wife to stay in your "castle".

We did not stay at the hotel. We came to the restaurant for drinks and food. We enjoyed it, food was okay, cocktails were delicious, but there is a big screen with sports games, which was the center of attention. So decided yourself, if that's your cup of tea or not.

A pleasant discovery, whether for work or holiday, it is worth trying, the kindness of Stefania and all the staff will leave you speechless, welcoming kindness and a lot of availability are the strong points. Large and clean rooms, excellent internal or external restaurant , with a wide choice of wines and carefully prepared dishes. Truly a great place.

Abbiamo prenotato tramite the fork un tavolo per 2 alle ore 20,00 di domenica. Avevamo preventivamente guardato i prezzi dal menù the fork. Abbiamo cenato con cibi squisiti e preparati bene. Non avevamo dubbi in merito,visto che ci siamo già stati. Unica nota stonata, i prezzi del menù del locale sono totalmente diversi da quanto indicato dal menù the fork.
