We tried the steakhouse restaurant during a stay in Salento. We focused on the meat dishes, and I must say, everything was excellent. The quality of the ingredients is tangible. Price-wise, it's average. Recommended.

We visited this restaurant and had a truly pleasant experience. The place is beautiful, with attention to detail and a very welcoming atmosphere. The quality of the food is excellent: dishes prepared with fresh ingredients and tastefully presented. Each course was a true discovery. The service is impeccable, always attentive and friendly. The owner is a special person, capable of making you feel at home with his enthusiasm and professionalism. A place where you can feel a passion for cooking and a love for guests. Highly recommended!

Incredible ingredients, professional staff, and a lovely atmosphere.
It's a busy place, so it might not get the attention it deserves, but the food is truly worth trying. The meat is of the highest quality and the preparation is masterful.

Unfortunately disappointed with this hotel...
Overall, everything is falling into disrepair. We booked a night in a room with a jacuzzi, no hot water, parts of the jacuzzi were floating in the water at the end...
The same goes for the other two nights we stayed without a jacuzzi, a falling stick, a ceiling with traces of damp...
Average cleanliness, strange hairs in the bed, endless limescale in the shower...
The staff is friendly.
The breakfast is a little too industrial for our taste.

We tried the RESTAURANT section. It was a wonderful experience. The location was clean, well-maintained, and very elegant. The staff were truly kind and welcoming. Prices were average, but the food was truly exceptional. Highly recommended!
