In the company of good friends, we spent a wonderful evening filled with laughter, excellent food, and the excellent service of Modou, a very friendly and kind waiter, always ready to satisfy our requests.

Splendid hotel, with the utmost professionalism and cleanliness of the rooms. The attached restaurant is well-organized and offers exceptional dishes. The wine and beer list is well-stocked. Highly recommended.

01/02/2026: Once again at Matisse And once again completely satisfied with our choice. Thanks to Mario and all his staff for the warm welcome, the always polite and friendly service, and of course for the fabulous kaleidoscope of flavors in his kitchen.
02/01/2026: It's not the first time, not surprisingly, dishes that amaze the palate, smell, and taste buds. Everything is impeccable. I have a small complaint: the place isn't well heated. I recommend a stove with a fire; it would add a touch of warmth and make the space more welcoming. In the bathroom, turning on the existing radiator would be enough.
