Ristorante Tesoretto In Poggiardo

The stay was a pleasant reconfirmation and it is not the first time I have brought a group to this structure, always kind in their welcome and immediately ready for customer requests. Clean rooms, perfect bed linen and towels. The thing I like most is the shower, large and relaxing thanks to the play of lights. Breakfast is also varied, plentiful from sweet to savory, a small gem is the good cheeses, ricotta and burrata. The only flaw is the waiting time for dinner, which was repaid by the good quality of the food and a beautiful musical evening. We'll see you soon with other groups

I've been to this place these days, the shower was plugged, the mattress was disgusting, the blanket was yellow inside, dinner, although we were booked for 9pm, the first course arrived at 10.35pm, breakfast in the morning lacked fruit.

Treasure in name and in fact. I spent a week here at the end of August with my family and we felt "pampered" from the first moment we entered. All the staff are attentive to customer needs, kind and welcoming. The spaces are large, clean and with attention to every detail. The breakfast is excellent with fresh and characteristic products, the pasticciotto is very good. The hotel restaurant offers excellent service with excellent dishes. I want to thank all the hotel staff in particular Pamela who always made us feel at home, the girls at the reception who gave us excellent advice on places to visit and all the restaurant staff. Hotel that I highly recommend.

We had lunch with a couple of first courses in a fleeting way. Nothing to complain about the place, large, clean, with excellent charisma. The two first courses we took were on average common. They weren't bad but there was an abundance of flavorings (probably granulated or stock cubes). Prices not suited to the area (and time): a little too high for both drinks and dishes.

I have been to this restaurant a year later and I must confirm everything I said previously. Some family members joined me and I took them to this "treasure", making them taste not only the spaghetti with cacio e pepe, but also the breaded porcini mushrooms and the famous rib... a very good piece of meat cooked to "perfection". It is useless to add the quality of the service and their availability to our requests. For me I classify it as an "essential" stop for those coming to Salento for a gastronomic visit. Fernando, I'm from Bari which is not around the corner, I will try to convince my wife to stay in your "castle".

In due settimane di permanenza a Santa Cesarea Terme per le cure, ci sono stato 5/6 volte (non so cucinare ... ma ritengo di saper mangiare). Accoglienza all'entrata... gradita e signorile. Trattamento al tavolo professionale e coivolgente. Il cibo è stato una delizia per il palato. La location è molto bella, i tavoli ben distribuiti tranne che nelle serate di pieno dove il servizio stenta a dar ragione a tutti (districarsi nei tavoli con portate e clienti che esigono l'impossibile). Io sono stato spostato nella sala adiacente (molto bella) e non ho subito alcun inconveniente. Il servizio èdiespletato nelle sale da giovani (anche non italiani) che raccolgono la comanda e con un sorriso ti servono i piatti. Molto diligenti, un plauso a Fernando per la scelta dei suoi collaboratori. Ho assaggiato (quasi) tutto dai vari primi (fave e cicorie, spaghettoni cacio e pepe, pappardelle ai funghi porcini), dalla carne (stinco di maiale, gnommareddi di agnello) al pesce (orata alla brace, tagliata di tonno), ai contorni e dolci. Per finire sempre un cordiale arrivederci con un bicchierino di "mirtillo" o grappa. Per la tipologia del ristorante, per la qualità del cibo, per la professionalità del personale, per il servizio... il costo delle singole cene è istato nferiore a quello pagato. Sono rientrato a Bari lasciando degli amici a cui spero di stringere loro la mano quanto prima. Eccomi di nuovo ANNO 2024. Sono stato a distanza di un anno in questo ristorante e debbo confermare tutto quello che ho espresso precedentemente. Mi hanno raggiunto dei familiari e li ho portati in questo "tesoretto", facendoli assaggiare oltre agli spaghetti cacio e pepe anche i porcini panati e la famosa costata... un pezzo di carne buonissima cotta alla "!perfezione". Inutile aggiungere la qualità del servizio e la loro disponibilità alle nostre richieste. Per me lo classifico come una tappa "essenziale" per chi giunge nel salento come visita gastronomica. Fernando, io sono di Bari che non è dietro l'angolo, cercherò di convincere mia moglie a soggiornare nel tuo "castello".

Struttura di charme nel suo genere, ampi spazi e sale interne ben strutturate. Piatti della cucina tipica, ma avvalorati con maestria tali da renderli unici. Vini selezionati e servizio superiore alle aspettative.
