Courteous and attentive owners and staff. Well prepared traditional cuisine, which is no small thing. Bucatini with rabbit sauce Ischia style to perfection, like parmigiana. Excellent cold white wine. CS/CD bus stop - Ciglio locality - right in front and therefore very convenient. Costs? A cuddle that is remembered for a long time for the pleasure it gives.
Only downside?
Too many children. I'm not Herod and I've raised children too... but certain experiences are not for children, who start whining because they're tired and nervous, causing disturbance to other customers too. Thus, using a babysitter becomes an added value to your own and other people's evening. Highly recommended...

Authentic and so divine! You don’t need a menu when you come to the Taverna Verde! Just take their rabbit and go for the full menu, including the pasta with rabbit ragu - such a dish full of taste, flavor. The rabbit (I’d suggest half a rabbit for 2, if you had the pasta before) comes in a dish which is still boiling and when tasting it, you’ll be amazed by the tenderness, love and passion put behind it. Cooked in an open fire oven, this just tastes so good.
Try out the local wine, it was hot when we were there and we enjoyed the cold white wine, full of the island’s volcanic flavours.

We had dinner in this beautiful place on the heights of Ischia, where Ischia specialties are eaten, especially rabbit.
Everything about their production is truly recommended!

Bellissima esperienza...consigliatosi dalla signora Daniela,nostra affittuaria per qst vacanza, location carinissima,nella zona collinare di Ischia,tutto a conduzione familiare e a km0...cena ottima...crocché,fiori di zucca, zucchine alla scapece e bruschetta con pomodorini...uno spettacolo.... specialità del posto: coniglio all' ischitana,da leccarsi i baffi,i ragazzi hanno preso cotoletta di pollo e patate fritte...e poi dolci buonissimi.... personale molto cordiale,gentile e professionale....Ve lo consiglio....

Homemade fettuccine with spectacular Ischia rabbit sauce. I still remember them!
Excellent food all at km 0. Excellent service and honest prices. The only flaw is the heat but I assume it can be resolved. Highly recommended 👍👏

Excellent dinner with a starter of courgette flowers and homemade pickled vegetables, excellent homemade tagliatelle with rabbit sauce and cherry tomatoes. Main dish: Ischia-style rabbit served in a terracotta pan with a side dish of broccoli and courgettes. The house wine was also good. To finish we drank a glass of Rucolino.
We were very happy with the food and the kindness of the owners and the bill.
