The location is very beautiful, and the welcome was very warm. A cool terrace surrounded by geraniums where you can see a wonderful view of the village of Castell'Arcuato. However, as far as catering is concerned, in my opinion the price seems really high for what is offered. Starter of Piacenza cured meats with the wrong amount on the final bill (2 euros more), welcome flute of bubbles but charged for, rather small portions, although the porcini risotto was still remarkable. (I don't like "hat" dishes, with a small central portion and a lot of edge). In my opinion, the covered bread was not up to par in quality. An appetizer (split), two plates of risotto with porcini mushrooms, a dessert (split), a single glass of wine, all for around €85 in total. In short, you are certainly paying for the well-kept location and the impeccable service, but the prices are slightly out of proportion. At least the Piacenza cured meats (8 slices in total) could have been served with fried gnocco or something more appetizing.

The tavern has a wonderful view, I would say unique, we were welcomed very cordially and lunch was relaxing and pleasant. The tagliolini with truffle are excellent, the porcini mushrooms are good, the veal with tuna sauce is also a fresh flat bun. We will return and therefore, I recommend it.

arrivati in 30 persone senza prenotazione e alle 21 di un sabato: siamo stati trattati benissimo con pappardelle ai porcini freschi ottime e guanciale di maialino e altre delizie gustose. Da ritornare!

Typical dishes in a beautiful setting, with a pleasant atmosphere. Average prices
The welcome is always excellent, the staff is very kind!
Eating on the terrace is always spectacular, you appreciate the peace and calm at first and then the very tasty dishes!
The menu is limited to a few things but super good, it is always very difficult to choose.
The Parma ham from wild pork was something spectacular then I opted for the tagliolini with black truffle, a true delight and pleasure for the palate.
The chocolate pear cake is very good, especially if you accompany it with the passito produced on these wonderful hills.
P.s. with the tagliolini I made the slipper, for me it's praise to the chef.
