We stayed at this hotel for a few days with our family and had a wonderful time. The property is well-maintained, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the location is ideal for combining the beach and the city. The Peraino brothers' gourmet cuisine was nothing short of sublime. But what truly made our experience special was the extraordinary hospitality from the staff.
Everyone was kind and helpful, but we were particularly struck by the attention they showed to our son: they immediately made friends with him, greeting him with a smile every time, and stopping to talk or play whenever they saw him. This made our stay even more wonderful.

A few small details make it top notch, but you're on the right track, congratulations.
The property is new, well-maintained, and elegant. On the ground floor, there's a very refined and sophisticated restaurant, one of the best in San Vito. On the first floor, where we stayed, there are several new, spacious, and well-maintained rooms. The only flaw: a curtain for better darkness would be appreciated, as would an elevator for easier access. Otherwise, the kindness and courtesy make this property a true gem.

Our dinner was a wonderful discovery, with attention to every detail, starting with our welcome: special thanks to Barbara, attentive and smiling, who immediately made us feel at ease.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is immediately striking: designer furnishings, modern yet warm, perfectly in keeping with the refined cuisine.
The welcome treat, a delicious finger food, was very welcome, pampering us with a creative and surprising cuisine. The chefs are daring and intelligent, unafraid to pair unusual flavors—such as the swordfish with watermelon (€22) and the eggplant, Modica chocolate, and mint (€10)—and the result is a perfect balance of innovation and flavor. Two superb first courses: spaghetti with sea urchins (€30) and spaghetti with scampi (€24) were accompanied by a bottle of Prosecco col fondo (€30).
A must-have for anyone seeking a different, original, and well-executed gastronomic experience in San Vito lo Capo.

The hotel, located in the central area of San Vito and close to the main beaches, was completely renovated in a contemporary style a few years ago. The room, equipped with many amenities for a 3-star hotel, is very bright and clean, with a balcony and a bathroom with a window—a rarity in hotels these days. I really appreciated the soundproofing. The cuisine is undoubtedly another strong point of the hotel; the quality of both breakfast and dinner is above par for the hotel's category. Other pluses include the family-run management and the kindness and helpfulness of the rest of the staff.
There were a few minor niggles in the dinner service, which were promptly corrected by the dining room staff. The blackout curtains in the room could be improved, as they weren't large enough to cover the entire window.
I will definitely recommend the hotel and restaurant to family and friends.

Cucina e atmosfera perfetta. Locale elegante e informale allo stesso tempo, un luogo dove poter godere di un'ottima cucina e rilassarsi lasciandosi alle spalle la pretenziosità, circondati dal buon gusto.
Lo staff gentilissimo e attento, sempre sorridente e disponibile.
Complimenti agli chef che ci hanno deliziato con esplosioni di sapori che ancora ci accompagnano.
Il cubo di tonno con batata dolce, fonduta di Ragusano DOP e olio al basilico un connubio perfetto di sapori che avvolgono il palato e regalano un esperienza culinaria unica. Lo spaghettone secco con burro acido, limone candito e bottarga di tonno strepitoso, un equilibrio perfettamente bilanciato che regala un'emozione golosa e raffinata. E ancora lo sgombro croccante con vastedda del Belice, salsa al miele e cedro e lattuga brasata, panatura da oscar e sapori nuovi e antichi al contempo. Il calamaro con estratto di caponata, croccante di riso nero e melanzana affumicata, in cui non solo ogni singolo sapore è esaltato, ma in cui il palato viene accompagnato a riconoscere ogni singolo ingrediente della composizione. E tanto altro ancora...
Piatti pensati e realizzati con passione autentica e intelligenza gastronomica. Insomma un luogo del cuore per chi ama mangiare bene e ama immergersi nell'essenza dei sapori, in un ambiente curato ma mai artefatto e impostato, dove il cibo parla e racconta, e chi lo serve lo fa con calore e competenza.
