Ristorante Tannure In San vito lo capo

Uno dei migliori ristoranti provati negli ultimi anni a San Vito lo capo. Una cucina che non dimentica la tradizione, ma la innova. Molto bella anche la mise en place e la presentazione dei piatti. Efficace il servizio. Da segnalare il cubo di tonno (quando è stagione) e gli spaghetti ai ricci (fuori menù), interessante anche la non solita cassata. Meglio prenotare nella sala interna, fuori c’è troppo passeggio e troppe mosche.

The best restaurant I've been to. Better in every sense because they are the top in the elegance of the furnishings, in the courtesy and education of the staff, in the hospitality, in the quality of the food and in the imagination and creativity of the dishes. The photos speak for themselves, each dish is a masterpiece, it looks like a work of art. A crudité made up of fish so fresh and of excellent quality accompanied by sauces and exotic fruits that the goodness cannot be explained in words. The abundant first courses, cooked with true skill and excellent raw materials. I could say an infinite number of things about desserts, first of all every dessert has a story and by savoring bite after bite, you will feel like you are living it. Combination of different but decidedly heavenly flavors. The quality - price ratio, considering that we are talking about excellent quality, is very good. I had dinner in the external part of the restaurant and being located in the heart of the town's nightlife, every passerby did nothing but stop to appreciate the refinement of the location and comment on the wonder of the dishes presented. If you go to San Vito Lo Capo you cannot miss going to the Tannure, you would miss out on an unparalleled culinary experience.

Locale posto su una delle vie pedonali più turistiche della città. Elegante dehors estivo. Piatti di mare presentati scenograficamente in modo impeccabile, sia visivamente che nella descrizione da parte del cameriere, distinto e professionale. Ma venendo ai piatti che ho mangiato non ho trovato sapori che mi abbiano entusiasmato. Tutte quelle mousse e “schiume” non esaltavano il piatto. Sono rimasto molto deluso. Tenuto conto del contesto e dei prezzi, regolarmente esposti, mi aspettavo molto di più.

Hotel with attention to the smallest details. Spacious and comfortable rooms, comfortable beds and excellent cleanliness. Delightful restaurant, the cuisine is an absolute asset of the hotel. The staff, from the owners to the waiters, are very kind, always available and with a smile, attentive to every request and customer satisfaction. Excellent location for reaching the beach and visiting the centre.

We ate Sicilian cuisine revisited and truly very good Gurmet cuisine. Excellent service, beautiful location. Wonderful experience to return.
