Ristorante T_imo In Fasano

I chose the Canne Bianche facility to celebrate my daughter's baptism. We found fantastic staff to welcome us.. Ottavio and Patrizia gave us the right advice and organized everything down to the smallest details and with maximum precision and attention. We had a great lunch, all our guests were happy and satisfied. I highly recommend everyone to go there, because you will certainly be happy.. I thank Ottavio, Patrizia and all the staff once again for their seriousness and availability.

Während unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthaltes im Canne Bianche haben wir nahezu jeden Abend im Restaurant gespeist und jeden Besuch ausnahmslos genossen. Die Qualität der Produkte und deren Zubereitung erreichen gelegentlich schon Sterneniveau nach dem Guide Michelin. Sehr empfehlenswert sind auch die frischen Fische (catch of the day). Aber auch eine Pizza mit Zucchiniblüten und Büffelmozzarella ist sehr lecker. Dazu trinkt man am besten die wunderbaren Weißweine der Region, die lecker und gästefreundlich kalkuliert sind. Wer Lust hat, kann natürlich auch einen Tignanello bestellen. Der sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Service rundet den tollen Gesamteindruck ab.

Situato nel famoso resort a 5 stelle Canne Bianche, il ristorante si affaccia sulla splendida piscina all’interno del resort. Ottima l’accoglienza e il personale, preparato, simpatico e disponibile. Abbiamo degustato del crudo mare (nella norma per la zona, ovvero ottimo), del carpa io di tonno e un primo a base di crostacei. Tutte le pietanze sono state preparate con cura e molto gustose, ingredienti di qualità. Prezzi medio alti (in linea comunque con gli altri ristoranti dello stesso livello in zona). Molto carina l’idea a fine cena di offrire delle brioche di produzione propria come “cadeaux”. Unici appunti: la lista dei vini (fornitissima) l’abbiamo trovata eccessivamente “over-priced” anche per il livello del ristorante ed il dover suonare per entrare nella struttura un tantino “disagevole”.
