Excellent cuisine, fresh food, very carefully presented. Very friendly staff. Excellent value for money. Very beautiful venue and atmosphere. The tables are uniquely set on a wooden platform, making it feel like you're sitting on the floor, but you're not.

If you are in Verona and you like sushi you have to be careful, it is not an all you can eat, quality sushi at a reasonable price

Although it's very popular in the city and the sushi is very good, the place needs renovations and more attention! The service, too, could be more attentive.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and what a lovely surprise! The atmosphere is intimate, with pleasantly subdued lighting and a spacious dining room filled with a soothing calm. The menu offers a wide selection of dishes, each more tempting than the last. I opted for the gyoza: authentic gyoza, perfectly grilled on the outside and tender on the inside, absolutely delicious. My friend chose the tuna tataki, enhanced by a sweet peach sauce, which she found simply exquisite. I followed with a 15-piece platter of nigiri, sashimi, and maki: the fish, so fresh, was a delight, accompanied by various sauces, sometimes spicy, sometimes sweet, which enhanced each bite. My friend, meanwhile, enjoyed the curry soba, which was spicy and perfectly balanced. We accompanied this meal with a refreshing craft beer and a delicate sencha tea. Special mention should be made of the impeccable and attentive service; in this intense heat, the carafe of fresh water was particularly appreciated. All in all, a wonderful discovery that I highly recommend!

IKAI is undoubtedly the best Japanese restaurant in the entire Verona area. The quality of the ingredients is unrivaled, and of the highest standard. The food is top-notch, with dishes that are not only delicious but also meticulously crafted. The service is perfect, precise, and fast; the staff is kind, polite, highly trained, and knowledgeable, and available for any questions. My rating for the staff is top-notch, with applause. The location is top-notch—spectacular, wonderful, and beautifully maintained. I love the interior because it exudes a magical, welcoming atmosphere. I'm happy to have come here because it brings me joy and happiness; I had the best birthday ever here. Thank you to all the staff for giving me a wonderful lunch and a special birthday.
