We had lunch at this restaurant, chosen by chance while strolling through the village. It's a unique place, dedicated to witches, and the owner is a charming host who explains its history.
The food was good and high-quality; we loved and devoured their homemade focaccia with seeds, as well as their appetizers and pasta.
At the end, the owner gave us a tarot card tied to our birthday.

A truly magical dinner at Stryx. Excellent food, cooked with skill, care, and attention. A vast selection of wines, explained with passion and expertise. The dishes were also explained by someone who knows all the ingredients and how they were cooked. The focaccia was truly special. And the rest... I won't tell you much about it, because I'm sure every customer's story will be different. For me, it was simply magical. If I have the pleasure of returning to Brisighella, I will definitely dine at Stryx (don't miss the explanation of why it got its name).

Here you'll find the best focchaccia in Italy (no exaggeration!), excellent pasta, superbly prepared meat dishes, and fine wines. Plus, a cozy atmosphere and a hostess who makes you feel like a particularly welcome guest, even if it's your first time there. On our trip from Venice to Florence, this restaurant was the highlight among the restaurants.
