Chef Davide Filippetto offers complex and refined cuisine, showcasing seasonal ingredients with imaginative pairings and refined techniques, avoiding excessiveness for its own sake. The atmosphere is intimate and welcoming, with courteous and professional service that accompanies the gastronomic journey without being intrusive, paying careful attention to wine pairings. A gastronomic experience brimming with sensations: dishes that express a passion for raw materials and respect for tradition, yet with a creative edge. Highly recommended.

I dined at this restaurant and enjoyed a truly exquisite gastronomic experience: each dish was more exquisite and exquisitely crafted than the last, a constant discovery of flavors and textures. The atmosphere is splendid, with a tasteful balance between sophisticated and homey, making guests feel welcomed yet immersed in luxury.

Twelve of us dined, including two vegetarians, and chose the four-course à la carte menu: a raw fish course, two fish-based first courses, and a Catalan-style platter (other options available for vegetarians). We were very pleased with the excellent quality of the dishes. The price and service were in line with the Michelin star rating.

Nothing to say about the food. The wine prices, in my opinion, are completely exaggerated. So, not a completely positive experience.

Truly excellent restaurant. Ample parking and attentive service, with friendly and helpful staff, contribute to a very pleasant experience. The chef carefully adapted the six-course tasting menu to my pregnancy, while still allowing my partner to enjoy the crudités. This attention to detail is something I greatly appreciated and confirms the quality and professionalism of the restaurant.
