Lunch at Spessite was one of the best experiences I had during my visit to Ostuni. It's run by the owners themselves, and the service is spectacular! The portions are generous and delicious… if you want a truly authentic Italian experience, this is the place for you!

The best meal I have had in Ostuni. Multiple courses with amazing food originating from Ostuni. Angela and Stefano were amazing hosts and so friendly. It felt like I was at home. The set menu was a great option as we had different plates to try. Would recommend highly.

We found this place by chance while walking, and it was a fantastic discovery. You can feel like you're at home, the dishes are traditional and delicious, and the prices are really low compared to the touristy places you find right at the beginning. If you have the patience to walk an extra minute, you'll be much more than satisfied. Highly recommended!

Authentic family-run cuisine. A few dishes, but all excellent. Fantastic service; we were treated like family. Great prices. A must-try for lovers of authentic Apulian cuisine.

Charming Living Room-Style Restaurant with Stunning Sunset View! A super cute, cozy little restaurant with a warm, homey feel and a beautiful sunset view! The place serves traditional homemade dishes, and you can really tell; it’s run by a lovely couple, with the husband in the kitchen and the wife handling service. I started with the fried vegetables (honestly a bit too much batter for my taste, but still flavorful), followed by pasta with fresh tomatoes, basil, and olive oil; absolutely delicious! For dessert, I had their signature chocolate soufflé, which was rich and indulgent. All of this paired perfectly with a great glass of Primitivo. Great value for money and such sweet owners. Highly recommended!

We stumbled into this restaurant by chance to escape the rain: we weren't disappointed. You'll enjoy a typically Italian experience, with local dishes prepared by the manager based on her inspirations of the day. We enjoyed delicious orecchiete, with a special mention for the broccoli one! We also enjoyed a beautiful sea view. You can go there with your eyes closed, and the welcome is very warm.
