La location è molto bella. Abbiamo optato per il menù da 4 portate. Notevole l'uovo cotto a bassa temperatura ed una menzione speciale per gli gnocchetti. Carne tenerissima. Ottimi anche i dolci. Servizio molto professionale. Costo, compreso vino (aglianico Atto delle Cantine del Nirsio) euro 49 a persona.

Accoglienza straordinaria da parte di una comunità con alti ed altri valori umani rispetto a quanto siamo abituati nelle grandi città. L’arte di cui parlo nel titolo è evidenziata dai Murales dipinti sulle facciate di tanti palazzotti, anche storici. Testimonianze artistiche di valore assoluto che il paese di Salvia (!) di Lucania espone ai turisti con orgoglio ed umiltà. Da visitare!!!

It's not the first time I've frequented this restaurant which is located in Satriano (Pz) and I believe that going to the “Sotto la Torre” restaurant is always a good experience, always satisfying and, if we want, quite exciting. A cuisine with good personality, rich in local products from both land and sea. The environment, in a beautiful rural setting with ample parking, is well suited with a clean and well-kept room. The service of the young room attendant is attentive, polite, reserved and non-invasive. The cuisine curated by the expert Giuseppe is stimulating, modern and non-trivial. The flavors are very distinct and take on a pleasant mix of alternations. The quality of the products and the chef's ability to transform them into modern but at the same time not extreme cuisine is evident. Those who love gourmet cuisine cannot fail to visit this magical place. What we cannot understand is why a restaurant with these characteristics is not present in the guides that count (see Michelin, Rostoranti d'Italia, GuidaMichelin,). The price/quality/service ratio is right. The final rating is: “very good” and “recommended”. We recommend booking well in advance to ensure you get a seat

Excellent product quality and good food

Interesting location with greenery in front, parking and panoramic view of Satriano. Quality food prepared with care and attention. The tasting menu includes tasty and refined dishes that captivate the sight and delight the palate. Special mention for the low temperature egg and the pastry. Low prices if you take into account the quality. I would just make a small note about the wine list that needs to be expanded, the somewhat "shy" staff and the lack of an à la carte menu.
