La location è molto bella. Abbiamo optato per il menù da 4 portate. Notevole l'uovo cotto a bassa temperatura ed una menzione speciale per gli gnocchetti. Carne tenerissima. Ottimi anche i dolci. Servizio molto professionale. Costo, compreso vino (aglianico Atto delle Cantine del Nirsio) euro 49 a persona.

Accoglienza straordinaria da parte di una comunità con alti ed altri valori umani rispetto a quanto siamo abituati nelle grandi città. L’arte di cui parlo nel titolo è evidenziata dai Murales dipinti sulle facciate di tanti palazzotti, anche storici. Testimonianze artistiche di valore assoluto che il paese di Salvia (!) di Lucania espone ai turisti con orgoglio ed umiltà. Da visitare!!!
