A nice place in a prime mountain location, with beautiful views and a nice terrace. The food is subpar and overpriced. We ordered risotto, which was delicious, but the portion was ridiculously small compared to the price of the dish. They also charge €3.50 per person (a rip-off).

We visited this restaurant twice in a row and were enchanted both on a rainy evening, when we sat inside, and on the outdoor terrace... the food is a fun game of tastes and sensations... pampered and playful... the drinks are excellent, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic... the staff is pleasant... the service is at a high level... such a hidden treasure high in the mountains...

The food was delicious, and the view was stunning with mountains all around. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also excellent. On top of that, the staff were incredibly kind. When we parked our car to go to Sorapis Lake, it got stuck in a ditch and couldn’t move. The staff came out with equipment and even used their own car to help pull ours out. We’re truly grateful for their help.

We came here for a post hike lunch and a dinner and greatly enjoyed the food. Both times we were on the early side so it wasn't crowded and we were seated promptly. We wished we found this place sooner and would probably have dined here even more during our time in Cortina. We tried their pasta, soup, sides and their meat dishes and everything was delicious 😋

Normal place, clean bathroom, tasty limonade, perfect view. After trip from Sorapis its great idea stop here and enjoy your last few meters to your car.

Locale situato a 10 minuti di auto dal centro di Cortina, con annesso parcheggio privato (circostanza non frequente in questi luoghi). Bella la location, servizio puntuale e preciso, menù “giusto” (numero di portate non eccessivo che consente di curare di più la preparazione) con una buona scelta dei vini. La qualità delle materie prime è eccellente, la confezione anche e, non da meno, la presentazione e la quantità (nella foto un bis di primi: “Il Risotto al pesto di cavolo nero, stracciatella e noci tostate” e “I Ravioli della Maria”). La cucina, pur rispettando la tradizione dei luoghi, introduce quel pizzico di innovazione che fa apprezzare ancora di più l’offerta e il rapporto qualità/prezzo è più che adeguato. Un grosso “in bocca al lupo” ai due giovani gestori (che sono subentrati da circa da un anno) che in poco tempo hanno saputo farsi conoscere. Bravi!

10/06/2025: We went to visit Pedavena and slept one night in this hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was satisfying. The room was clean, a little dated but well kept.

Ristorante Albergo Miralago

26/06/2025: We had a wonderful stay at Miralago! The owners are such kind people and really tries to make you feel at home as soon as you step through the doors. The hotel looks like it has recently been renovated and the rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. We also had a beautiful view of lake Misurina and mountains from our window. At breakfast we got bread, cold cuts, yoghurt, fresh juice, delicious coffee and the best marmalade croissants we have ever had! There's also a restaurant at the hotel where you can eat delicious regional food for dinner. If we would go back to the Dolomites, we would definitely stay here again.
23/06/2025: Great and amazing hotel on the lake shore. We were welcomed at the reception by a very kindly, helpful and always smiling Mariuccia. So that I wouldn't be cold at night, she also provided me with warm blankets. We had a beautiful room with a view of the lake and the mountain range with Sorapiss in the background. The bathroom is beautiful with a stylish sink and shower. Breakfast was typical, simple and delicious fresh croissant. I would welcome vegetables and fruits. For breakfast, presso or cappuccino is of course. Dinners were also delicious, there are two types of food to choose from. After dinner there is also dessert. They had great local beer on tap at the bar. The hotel is a good starting point for hiking in the surrounding mountains. Many thanks for the care of the entire staff, but especially to the wonderful, always kind and attentive Mariuccia. I would go back there in a heartbeat and spend more days there.
