Ristorante Son Zuogo In Cortina d'ampezzo

Along the main road, convenient and easy to reach, with private parking. It recently changed management, and honestly, things have improved. In the summer, you can eat outside, under the umbrellas, and it's a nice place. The food is good, but the prices are a bit high, especially for the main courses.

I found the food excellent and well-presented, the staff courteous and attentive, and the price was reasonable for the amount consumed. The wine list isn't extensive, but it has a more than adequate selection. A special mention goes to the venison sirloin; for those who appreciate it, it's one of the best I've ever tasted.

We had the cutting board as aperitivo, which was great. The pasta was very good, the risotto was fine but not too special (a lot of saffran, little cheese). The service was very friendly.

Good food, nice location, but a guy with a dog in his hand arrogantly and forcefully sent us away from the parking lot. What a shame.

What a great little restaurant with delicious food and wonderful service. We rocked up on Friday night from the hotel next door. The restaurant upstairs was booked but we sat downstairs in the patio. We had 2 different entrees, mains and desserts and it was all beautifully made up and very tasty. We even had a complimentary homemade limoncello and mintcello to top if off!

Locale situato a 10 minuti di auto dal centro di Cortina, con annesso parcheggio privato (circostanza non frequente in questi luoghi). Bella la location, servizio puntuale e preciso, menù “giusto” (numero di portate non eccessivo che consente di curare di più la preparazione) con una buona scelta dei vini. La qualità delle materie prime è eccellente, la confezione anche e, non da meno, la presentazione e la quantità (nella foto un bis di primi: “Il Risotto al pesto di cavolo nero, stracciatella e noci tostate” e “I Ravioli della Maria”). La cucina, pur rispettando la tradizione dei luoghi, introduce quel pizzico di innovazione che fa apprezzare ancora di più l’offerta e il rapporto qualità/prezzo è più che adeguato. Un grosso “in bocca al lupo” ai due giovani gestori (che sono subentrati da circa da un anno) che in poco tempo hanno saputo farsi conoscere. Bravi!
