Nice and cozy hotel with kind, attentive staff.

Apparently beautiful structure, services such as breakfast managed with great disorganization and with few local products, little attention to the parking outside the structure, ground full of hundreds of nails.

The hotel is housed in a former farmhouse surrounded by its own agricultural estate, which provides all the fruits and vegetables. Spacious rooms, good breakfast, charming and friendly female staff, a magnificent pool, and a perfect location for visiting all the baroque cities of the south. However, the dinner prices are exorbitant, especially since everything is grown on site, and the selection is very limited. It's understandable that the restaurant is empty in the evening, and the friendly waitress gets bored waiting on customers. The prices are higher than those of good restaurants in Syracuse. The bathrooms are not equipped for a 4-star hotel; they lack many amenities and supplies. The hotel isn't at all on the seafront, but rather deep in the countryside. You have to walk 800 meters to find a horrible dump with no living souls, and with sheer rocks. To find a beach, you need a car and a 5-km run. Tourist taxes are very high, exceeding those of any other city in Sicily: a decision by the Syracuse city council... Other than that, it was a pleasant, peaceful 5-night stay.

A very nice hotel with pleasant, clean rooms and a large breakfast buffet featuring local produce. The staff is super friendly and helpful. You can also have dinner on site, by reservation. We'd be happy to return!

Lovely hotel near Ortigia (20 minutes). Nice rooms, delicious breakfast, lovely pool! It's a bit out of the way...

A little outside of Syracuse, it's similar to a village with a beautiful central pool. Perfect for sunbathing and swimming. Very friendly staff. Parking outside the building is a bit inconvenient... you unload your luggage inside, then park outside and walk inside.

Superb hotel, very clean swimming pool, magnificent meal and excellent breakfast, large room, superb welcome, I recommend.

The hotel is good, the staff is super friendly, very pleasant, especially the breakfast staff. I only give it three stars because the evening menu is always the same and there are few dishes and it's expensive for the main course itself. For 4 people, you had to pay between €90 and €110 for just one main course and a drink. The same goes for lunch at that price. You have restaurants outside for €60 for 4 people and homemade food too, with drinks really too expensive even if it's homemade. Nothing to say about the room, it's a quiet place where you can relax. You just need to review the prices of the dishes. The breakfast is very good, with everything and something for all tastes, there's something for everyone and you can refill it as you go.

Room with terrace. It's not a terrace, but a private enclosed space in front of the room, with plants in large pots and an umbrella, table, and chairs. All rooms are on the ground floor, with only three on the first floor, but there are no terraces. Really beautiful location, large and clean pool. The menu doesn't match the dishes available, and the price of lunch is not reasonable for what's on offer. The staff are extremely friendly.
