Dream vacation! We stayed as a family at this beautiful property in the Val di Chiana and couldn't have asked for anything better. The apartment was large, spotlessly clean, equipped with every comfort and with incredibly comfortable beds. The view of the Tuscan countryside, with its sunflowers, is something you'll never forget. Extremely kind staff: Nadia was always available, friendly, and very professional, and Mr. Franco also welcomed us with great courtesy. We chose half-board and ate deliciously, with traditional Tuscan dishes prepared with care. The dining room staff was truly impeccable. The pool is large, clean, and has plenty of space to relax. The property is dog-friendly and perfect for families with children: my niece was thrilled! Lots of green spaces and the opportunity to even experience flying thanks to the on-site school... truly exciting! Excellent location for visiting the Val di Chiana, Val d'Orcia, and even Umbria. Breakfast served in your room was a real treat, a real treat. A special thank you for the attention paid to my brother-in-law's birthday: cake and sparkling wine provided by the staff, a gesture we greatly appreciated. We were treated with great care. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

In general, the hotel is very beautiful, especially the exterior, the rooms need a little renovation. Unfortunately, during the period we visited there was a huge problem with flies both in the room where our sleep was disturbed but also with the food which we had to eat very quickly as there were flies everywhere. The girls at the reception were very helpful and smiling in contrast to the lady in the restaurant who was abrupt and unwilling to serve when we asked to change tables at a time when there were only 3 parties in the restaurant.

I'm not giving the rooms stars because we didn't stay overnight because we live nearby. Yesterday was my daughter's third birthday in a row at the Serristori in Castiglion Fiorentino, Manciano to be precise. An afternoon at the pool with my daughter, the birthday girl, and my family, as well as her friends from school. A place can be beautiful and fulfilling, but people like Nadia at the front desk make it unique. A very kind, yet serious and meticulous young woman, always ready to offer the service requested by the guest, such as an aperitif by the pool or a hairdryer because we didn't have one. Then in the evening, I asked her for a fork and knife that I was missing, and she also gave me a new napkin. I told her I had one, and she replied that I had dropped it (two seconds earlier, and she was quick to notice) and so she was giving it to me clean. True customer service. Exceptional pizzas, and with the constant presence of Franco, one of the partners, always smiling and welcoming. Well, if you haven't yet tried the relaxing pool and good food, give them a try. They're also a great place to soar, with their landing strip for small planes and helicopters, offering a bird's-eye view of the Valdichiana from Cortona to Lake Trasimeno. See you soon....

This is a hotel located 30 minutes drive from Azarou. It sits next to a light aircraft landing strip. More like a very upgraded hostel. A clean and beautiful place and the staff is very pleasant. We arrived as a group of 20 pilots from Israel and really enjoyed flying over Tuscany. There is an excellent restaurant on site.

We found hospitality, courtesy, availability, familiarity and a lot of kindness. Truly everything perfect!!! With a top restaurant and pizzeria, everything delicious!!! Congratulations to everyone👍
