Amazing Food, Great Service, super friendly owner.
The food is local and was the best we had during our stay in Finale/ Calice.
They also have delicious vegetarian options.
The location in Via Vecchia has a lovely flair, especially outside, but also inside the restaurant.

We spent two fantastic weeks in Calice Ligure in July and had dinner at Sciamadda twice. I must admit that each time it was really delicious, excellent food made from high-quality local ingredients (the lemon and rose risotto and the black garlic and zucchini risotto deserve a separate mention ) and impeccable service. The owner is really helpful, he is theperson in the right place and you can see that he does his job with great passion. It's really worth it, I highly recommend it!

We came as a couple on a Sunday evening. The owner, right from the moment we arrived, made it clear he knows his stuff: kind, polite, knowledgeable in describing the dishes, and attentive yet discreet in listening to customer feedback. The kitchen must be a wizard; he never failed, from appetizer to dessert. An excellent restaurant where you can see the quality of the ingredients, the attention to detail, and the customer service.

Extremely friendly, excellent, and prompt service and advice. Fantastic appetizers and risotto. It's definitely worth making a reservation, as you can then sit outside in the beautifully lit alley. I sat inside because I was passing by on a whim, but that didn't detract from my wonderful experience.

What else can I say if you don't go? The meat is excellent and the prices are fair. The service was perhaps a little slow, but we weren't the only ones sitting down for dinner. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very nice location. Very kind and professional staff. We tried the appetizers, the first and second courses; the dishes are all refined and with non-trivial recipes and extremely good. The prices are more than fair.

Classic restaurant in the Ligurian hinterland a few km from the sea. Excellent food, we had an appetizer and a first course (risotto with lemon and roses and risotto with black garlic and courgettes) fabulous. We saw the second courses being served and they were inviting. We will return to try them. Price appropriate to the quality, quantity and service. Highly recommended
