We enjoyed coming to eat several times. Good food, friendly staff and good value for money.

The three of us spent 7 days in a newly renovated room in the main house with a view of the valley, very nice and helpful staff, always ready with a good tip for excursions etc., great varied food, simply convert half board into a pizza = no problem The area offers an incredible number of different activities, from hiking, cycling, shopping to unwinding and at the end of the day on the roof terrace with pool and whirlpool with a sensational view of the valley The very friendly boss, always at the table or at the reception, exemplifies pure hospitality.

We only visited the restaurant and I can only recommend the gluten-free pizza!😊

Restaurant and hotel located right in the center. Absolutely ok for a quick pizza. House seems to be getting old. Pizza tasted delicious, everything was great.

First of all, many thanks to the entire team including the owner for a wonderful week at the Schennerhof. It is simply a hotel to feel good about. The location right in the center is brilliant and the bus stop is in front of the door. The bus is free with the guest card. Meran can be easily reached on foot in an hour. Breakfast and dinner as part of the half-board package are very good and nicely prepared. We used the pool almost every day after a hike. The staff were always very friendly with a smile on their faces. We are definitely looking forward to seeing you again next year. There is still a lot to see in this beautiful area.

Very nice hotel in a fantastic location

Hotel is top. Rooms in the new building are great. Great garage space. Bicycle room very good. Pizzeria/restaurant in the house highly recommended. The 5th star is given if the bread and pastries from the breakfast buffet are fresh and crisp and not soft and sometimes ice cold. It would also be nice if the staff knew how to make fried eggs and ham and eggs and there was a toaster. The staff can't do anything about it, it's the bosses. Wellness area new and great.

Very great family-run hotel. Great service and great food. We always enjoy coming to this hotel. The rooms in the new building have a great view. The second new pool on the roof is a dream. The SPA is very nice and well maintained. The whole hotel looks and is always well maintained.

Excellent service, courteous, friendly, interested in customer requests and problems and willing to find solutions (no shrugging of the shoulders and "I don't know"), sauna, outdoor and indoor pool, bus stop near or in front of the hotel

We stayed at the hotel as a family for 5 nights and booked half board. The new family rooms (Alpine deluxe) are really great! Everything is very modern, the rooms are a nice size and we had a great view. The children have an extra room in the room and loved their own area. The pool and sauna were also new. The water was very pleasantly warm for the children. The sauna area may be a bit too small with only one sauna (only if there are a lot of people there at the same time) but very nicely designed, modern and clean. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. Dinner was served as a set menu (you could always choose the options in the morning). There was always something extra for the children if they couldn't find anything on the menu. The food is modern cuisine, always beautifully prepared with great ideas in the composition. The staff was always super nice, whether it was reception, service or cleaning people. The hotel owners were always approachable and you can tell that they care about the well-being of their guests. We would definitely come back again and recommend the hotel to our friends!
