Ristorante Schennerhof In Scena

It's a good idea to make a reservation for a meal at a restaurant. It usually works. Recently, it was rather lackluster. Booked a table for three, but lost the reservation. It happens. Ordered the food, and half an hour later, it was lukewarm on one side and cold on the other. Service was also lukewarm that day. It's been much better several times. The food itself is still good!

Overall, it was so nice with you 🫶🏽 Even after you left, you still got something to take home. That's rare. I was very happy about that. The only thing I would recommend is a slightly better breakfast selection, which I found to be very limited. I ate dinner with you three times, and all evenings were 110/10. Once, my companion was allowed to choose, and she wanted to eat somewhere else, otherwise I would have come back a fourth time. I'm giving the room a 3 because I didn't stay in the new compartment. I found the bathroom very small in the old hotel area. Best wishes and have a great year. 🙋🏼‍♂️

We were able to spend a few great days over New Year's Eve at the Schennerhof. Our Bella Vista Deluxe room was perfect! very clean, large, comfortable beds and enough storage space. The beautiful view from the terrace over Schenna to the village of Tyrol and Meran - fantastic! We received a very warm welcome - best regards to Jose us de Schwiz:-). From the start we felt very warmly and kindly served, whether at reception or in the restaurant. The food that the Schennerhof conjured up for us was of great quality and very, very tasty every evening. We can absolutely recommend the Schennerhof.

Our holiday at the fantastic Hotel Schennerhof has just ended. The room assigned to us, located in the new structure, enjoys a breathtaking view....a postcard of the mountains and valley of Merano Excellent cuisine... breakfast and dinner always rich and abundant The Holzl family and their staff managed to make us feel at home: thank you so much for the courtesy and helpfulness shown since our arrival... we will definitely return to your facility.

Wonderful place with a view of the mountains, the rooms of the modern house are spectacular and very well furnished, the only flaw was that at night it was too hot due to the heating that remained fixed at 25 *. Dinner of a certain level with appetizers at the buffet that however were sometimes leftovers from the day before but always very good (I recommend heating them because cold they were a bit heavy to eat) the waiters do not know much Italian but are practical, the boy who goes around the tables was very kind to the request for information on local wineries. Very good breakfast. The guys at the reception super kind and helpful In particular the blond boy who made himself more than available for my requests, he asked and called many people to be able to satisfy my request. The spas and the swimming pools are wonderful, the gallery where you can admire an old excavation and relax in the cool after the sauna is incredible. I thank you for the kindness and well-being that I received in these 5 days.

First of all, when booking they do not specify that the room offered is not in this hotel but in the adjacent hotel (connected internally but still of a lower category). Sweet and savory breakfast ok, quality dinner. Service ok. Wellness center with pool water that could be warmer, lack of refills of flavored water, towel collection etc. Problems at the exit of the parking lot. Extras at dinner such as water at a crazy price (more than €3 per bottle). Lack of a hall where you can stay after dinner.

Very kind staff especially the Peruvian guy at the reception, abundant sweet salty breakfast with lots of choice, free car parking, outdoor and indoor pool connected to sauna and relaxation area. The only flaw was the temperature of the water in the indoor pool was not very hot.
