Friendly and welcoming staff Nice and clean rooms Quiet location with views of Merano and surroundings The breakfast was excellent, the restaurant is also worth it

Very kind staff especially the Peruvian boy at the reception, abundant sweet breakfast with lots of choice, free car parking, outdoor and indoor swimming pool connected to sauna and relaxation area. The only flaw was that the water temperature in the indoor pool was not very hot.

We enjoyed coming to eat several times. Good food, friendly staff and good value for money.

The three of us spent 7 days in a newly renovated room in the main house with a view of the valley, very nice and helpful staff, always ready with a good tip for excursions etc., great varied food, simply convert half board into a pizza = no problem The area offers an incredible number of different activities, from hiking, cycling, shopping to unwinding and at the end of the day on the roof terrace with pool and whirlpool with a sensational view of the valley The very friendly boss, always at the table or at the reception, exemplifies pure hospitality.

We only visited the restaurant and I can only recommend the gluten-free pizza!😊
