Un'esperienza davvero indimenticabile, che mi ha consentito di ritrovare sapori e genuinità che credevo ormai perduti. Suggerisco caldamente l'antipasto della casa: il caciocavallo, la mozzarella, i salumi hanno una qualità straordinaria, che non si trova più da nessuna parte. Eccellenti le orecchiette al tegame cotte nel forno a legno. Servizio di qualità, affabili e cortesi i proprietari.
