Recommended by a friend some time ago and finally tried.
Definitely recommended and particularly appreciated by me.
The risotto and suckling pig were very interesting; for my personal taste, the dessert based on saffron risotto with wicker basket is unsurpassed.
The bill was reasonable for the selection, product quality, complexity of the dishes, and the number of courses (seven-course tasting menu).
I'll return and recommend it myself.

Lost in the Orcean countryside we found a pearl.
The place has a dedicated parking lot and is easily accessible.
The staff is friendly and available to explain the dishes.
The ingredients are taken from the territory and of excellent quality!
If you want to try a tasting menu to be amazed you are in the right place

Excellent quality food, refined and with interesting combinations of flavors. Tasting menu is recommended to appreciate all the chef's proposals. We had a guest with some allergies and since the reservation on the phone we had maximum availability to some changes.
We will definitely return.

Excellent, a young and dynamic team. A menu (reduced 4 courses) that allows you to have an overview of their culinary offering. What can I say? Pleasantly surprised by everything. Everything perfect from start to finish, I don't know what to add other than to invite everyone to book and enjoy their proposal.

Eccellente, una brigata giovane e dinamica. Un menu (ridotto 4 portate) che permette di avere una overview circa la loro proposta culinaria. Che dire? Piacevolmente stupita, da tutto. Tutto perfetto dall'inizio alla fine, non saprei cosa aggiungere se non quello di invitare tutti quanto a prenotare e gustare la loro proposta.

Proprio come il nome del ristorante, qua ho trovato sapori decisi, buoni e ben bilanciati, ogni ingrediente nel piatto è stato scelto con cura per esaltare i gusti e i sapori.
Siamo stati veramente bene, un ambiente bello e rilassante, tanta cura nei dettagli e un servizio carino, informale e preciso, la ragazza che ci ha servito tutta sera sempre sorridente e gentile.
Il menù degustazione ci ha impressionato molto, piatti ben presentati e gustosi: buona la radice di prezzemolo, i plin al fegato ben bilanciati dal cacao, ottimo il risotto alle erbe e spettacolare l'agnello in due cotture. Per concludere un dolce "da bambini" tra i più sfiziosi mai mangiati, pop corn al cioccolato e caramello salato, da acquolina in bocca.
Complimenti veramente, abbiamo fatto più di 50 km per raggiungere e provare questo locale e, dopo averlo provato, ne farei anche 100.

Even before entering the restaurant for the first time we noticed the chef harvesting products from the vegetable garden adjacent to the kitchen...
A case of course, but an excellent business card!
Nice rustic/elegant but not too formal place with round tables widely spaced between them.
The lack of tablecloth is a little surprising, but you quickly get used to it.
Menu with various tasting proposals in addition to the à la carte menu which wisely does not exceed in offers but is specifically rich in dishes that dare surprising pairings, but excellent on the palate
I won't go into describing the individual dishes, one better than the other, but the risotto with seasonal herbs was truly exquisite in its apparent simplicity!!
We had the opportunity to have a nice chat with chef Alessandro who answered all our curiosities about the birth of this very particular place "lost" in the lower Brescia area managed by a young Sicilian (with long experience) with his very well-trained staff.
A creditable mention also to the very kind, friendly and knowledgeable head nurse also on wines.
Too bad I don't remember the name.
