A definitely recommended restaurant, an excellent quality/price ratio (which never hurts) and an interesting cuisine, creative but always linked to the territory, the origins and seasonality of the products.

I had marked this restaurant when I discovered the cielodimezzo initiative, I must say that it was a pleasant discovery, dishes that represent the territory with combinations that attack the taste without exaggerating, giving a pleasant and tasty tasting... attentive and discreet service,... the price is not it's excessive... congratulations to these 3 young colleagues and friends..

Congratulations, the place is nice, simple, the menu is well calibrated with the number of courses and at the end you get up with the idea that you have had a really nice trip! The desire to amaze the diner with dishes that sometimes cannot amaze is beautiful. In my opinion everything is very clear, you can see that there is continuous research in the kitchen. For those who appreciate research, the game (bringing a "Milan risotto" as dessert) is absolutely recommended; however, it is not for those who want to go more classic, but this can still be understood from the site which is full of information and also allows you to book a table.

We went to Saur today, restaurants of this type are a luxury that we allow ourselves every now and then, today's occasion was a gift, 7 course tasting menu. Nice, delicate and innovative place. Visually very beautiful dishes with a strong flavour, good meat, with what I would call an "ambitious" pairing, courteous, professional and precise service. I often have fun with "ambushes" and today the victim was the chef Turin (sorry, I don't know his name), to whom I offer my most sincere compliments because he handled my fake complaint with grace. 4 well-deserved stars🥳

Exquisite and creative menu, excellent service from the staff whose passion is evident. Search for different flavors while maintaining the ideal of using the ingredients that the territory offers. The possibility of having a completely vegetarian tasting menu was much appreciated, which is very rare in this area. Well done, highly recommended!
