A wonderful surprise in an enchanting location in the Lower Brescia area! The cuisine is a true experience, and the staff is absolutely top-notch! We'll be back.

After a few years, we returned to Saur for dinner. The cuisine and dishes raised the bar even further, revealing a truly remarkable exploration of pairings and flavors. The seven-course menu for €70 features noteworthy appetizers, each dish capturing all the flavors: acidic, bitter, savory, and smoky. Each dish is complex and complete, without resorting to the banality of "rich" ingredients, but rather focusing on fermentation, pairings, research, and a wealth of technique. The chef's visit to the tables at the end of the meal and during the meal to bring out a few dishes was delightful. My only criticism was that the wait time was a bit long, about 20-25 minutes between each course. An excellent experience, we can't wait to return!

A pleasant discovery just steps from home. A welcoming place, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and delicious, carefully presented dishes. We tried the tasting menu, which was completely satisfying: I can't say what I liked most... everything was excellent. A special mention goes to the strictly homemade bread basket, as well as the tasting of their own olive oil, enjoyed with the accompanying ciabatta. A worthy conclusion to the dinner was a delicious (unusual) coffee accompanied by small pastries. We'll definitely be back!

A beautiful place for a classy lunch or dinner! Very refined with excellent wines.

The lighting needs updating, the wine can't be served at the table, the price is too high. The description of the dishes is elusive.
