Today we had lunch at the Sassineri restaurant in Villa Cesi. Compliments to the chef who prepared each dish with taste and imagination. The food is of quality and you can feel it, both the first and second courses served with kindness and a smile by both Lucia and Gemma. To conclude, the surprise dessert was served directly by the Chef true goodness.

A pleasant evening tasting the cuisine of Villa Cesi. For hotel guests 30% discount. Prices consistent with quality. Good service and right portions for dishes that are very refined and tasty. Let yourself be suggested by the waiters who know how to guide you into their cellar. Advised!

Definitely an impressive place, it's a shame that it's very far from the center and a walk to reach it becomes quite 'challenging'. Having found the 'soloPerNoi' venue on a Wednesday evening in March... is priceless! However, it is better to book with The Fork, the discount never hurts!

11/02/2025: Restaurant in a cozy and somewhat noisy environment. Classic Florentine cuisine and even a little revised but without distorting it. Generous portions. Service a little cold. Honest prices. I'll be back.

Pronto Soccorso

13/06/2024: Typical food shop in Florence, we passed by on our way to Mugello. We ate a typical local flatbread which you can compose with a vast list of typical products. The do-it-yourself service, excellent and friendly and a very welcoming environment full of funny writings, photos and phrases. Note worthy of attention is the poster of My Friends
03/06/2024: I am a regular customer, exceptional sandwiches also recommend pairing cured meats with side dishes etc...
