Knowledge and flavors: Taste, beauty and solidarity! last night while enjoying all the qualities of a "Resturant Guru", delighted by the appetizers and the catch of the day, my family and I couldn't help but notice Vittorio Pisani, the head of the State Police sitting not far from us. As healthcare personnel, my husband and I were pleasantly surprised to see the friendliness and humility with which he interacted with a boy in a wheelchair and how they took photos with a beautiful smile. Working in healthcare we understand the fundamental importance of finding institutions that are concretely present in a difficult and often underestimated area like this. This restaurant, this place, this house gives work to young people by taking them from the streets, from dysfunctional family and social environments, guarantees a possibility of choice to those who thought they had none, concretely implements a project of inclusion and social reintegration. Thanks to those who allow ttt this! Chapoux!

A more than positive experience....a pleasant atmosphere in a beautiful location in the heart of Belvedere town, excellent food based on fish or meat, service coordinated by the very good and attentive Salvatore and Pasquale, as well as by the kind lady Fabiana.... Tutto davvero eccellente. Dall'antipasto al primo, dal secondo al dolce, compreso il liquore a fine pasto prodotto da loro e dal vino consigliato. Personale gentilissimo, bellissima location, esperienza molto positiva. Complimenti.

The restaurant is very nice, the Cetraro prawns are really excellent! Maybe a little expensive, but we ate well. Must try if you are in the area 🙂

This restaurant is now my family's point of reference when we are on the coast: attentive and courteous service, present but never intrusive; excellent cuisine which last night deserved continuous compliments towards the chef and his staff; located in the village in an intimate location that allows you to find refreshment after days and evenings of unbearable heat. Everything was excellent, special mention for the spaghetti with anchovies and the black pig. To choose if you want to be on the safe side to eat well and in peace.

Questo ristorante è ormai il punto di riferimento della mia famiglia quando ci troviamo sulla costa: servizio attento e cortese, presente ma mai invadente; cucina ottima che ieri sera ha meritato continui complimenti nei confronti dello chef e del suo staff; collocato in paese in una location intima che consente di trovare ristoro dopo giornate e serate di afa insopportabile. Ottimo tutto, menzione speciale per gli spaghetti alle alici e il maialino nero. Da scegliere se si vuole andare sul sicuro per mangiare bene e in pace.

Had dinner with my son recently, located in the historic center, a little small but pleasant environment, very kind staff, excellent food, truly delicious black pig. To the owner's question "how was dinner?" Maybe I was a little tired after a bad day, I replied with all good unconvincingness. However I would go back as soon as I can.

Here in Calabria there are places to escape from and others to return to. Flavors and knowledge is one of these, where the welcome, the good food and the refined but not pretentious environment make your evening become a moment of pure happiness.
