02/12/2025: Quiet and cozy place, delicious and simple breakfasts, Termini station 25min, Colosseum 35min, Spanish Steps 20min, Villa Borghese 10min, walking distance! Affordable price for Rome!
12/11/2025: Close to the train station and the city center. The nearby bars and restaurants are nice. Some of the rooms have been renovated; ours hadn't. What a shame!
