Excellent meat and side dishes.

A good place to eat typical Tuscan dishes; the sliced ​​mushrooms were much appreciated. A beautiful place surrounded by greenery, just before the Vallombrosa Abbey coming from Saltino. They are always full so it is best to book well in advance.

We ate very well; good food and service

Eravamo in cinque amici motociclisti. Antipasti con affettati, crostini e polenta, buoni. Filetto sale e rosmarino cotto al sangue come da richiesta. Il vino che ci è stato proposto era un po’ deludente. Il personale è stato molto gentile. Rapporto qualità/prezzo buono.

Trattoria immersed in the forests of Vallombrosa. Good quality food. Simple dishes of the local tradition. Genuine, simple and informal service. Good house wine. Very pleasant surrounding landscapes

Quite quick although many customers

We liked the food much less the table service. Nice place, where you can go to escape from the heat of the city.., we had lunch outside, the starters and the first courses were very good. As already said, the service is poor.... good morning, thank you and please are not bad words but they can be used both at work and in good life every day and not just when one arrives at the cash register to pay. Hoping to have found you on a NO day we will return to try the meat

Excellent restaurant for lunches and dinners; the place is very large and welcoming, there are seats both inside the structure and under a well-kept veranda; restaurant immersed in the Vallombrosa forest. The menu has a good assortment, you can choose between starters, first courses, second courses, pizzas and desserts... I really like it when restaurant menus have 4/6 choices for each category, they demonstrate the professionalism of the kitchen team in offering the customer certain dishes instead of the classic kilometre-long menus. I took the tagliatelle with game ragú, generous portion, excellent taste; and for dessert the apple strudel. Contrary to what is written in other reviews I found the staff friendly, respectful, quick and professional. Rather short waiting times (15 minutes) with a 2/5 capacity restaurant. Not a very large car park, but I didn't have any difficulty finding a place for the car. Average prices, considering the place they are more than honest. Dinner for 2 people: 1 water, 1 quarter of wine, 2 first courses, 2 desserts = total €44 (€22 each). Advised.

Location buona ma prezzi alti per il posto. Personale così così per un servizio non certo d'eccellenza. Menù ampio ma almeno le portate con i porcini molto scarse come porzioni. Forse meglio provare qualcos'altro in zona...
