The location is not the most welcoming but the service, the waiters and the food are excellent.

A wonderful experience in a truly charming restaurant in the historic center of beautiful Fidenza. I'm celiac and ate like in the old days, as if I were cooking myself and even better. They love experimenting in the kitchen and offer a truly inviting menu. The soft bread tastes like focaccia. I appreciated the warm welcome, the precise yet discreet service, and the very friendly staff. Greetings from Francesca and Nina the cat.

Excellent experience Delicious fried cake with excellent cured meats. Anolini in broth and tortelloni with eggplant were also delicious. For dessert, the tiramisu and almond cake with zabaglione were superb. All gluten-free.

After more than a year that I follow this restaurant today with my partner returning from Fidenza Village we arrived without a reservation which I recommend to everyone otherwise you don't always have my luck! Taking into account for the partner that we enter an Aic restaurant you understand the serenity and tranquility in sitting at the table! Welcome of the lady with a smile that makes you feel at home! We started with fried cake and cold cuts for her and for me a taste of stuffed fried cake and an asparagus tart! In the meantime the lady brought us two tastes of a tomato cream with homemade focaccia! You can't start better than this! We continued with tagliolini with vegetables for her and spaghetti with squid ink for me! Presentation and quality in the dishes deserve a rating of 10! To finish as a dessert two fragrant tarts with zabaglione! Finishing with 2 good coffees I would like to say something simple and direct! You can't go to Fidenza and miss the opportunity to stop at the Sanafollia restaurant! It deserves the Aic certification not so much for the bureaucracy or the name but one who is lucky enough to eat in this restaurant does not feel any difference with the best food in starred restaurants! A round of applause goes to the chef for the quality of the products and a thank you goes to the lady I think the owner for her courtesy and availability! We will be back as soon as possible!
