Ristorante Sanafollia - Gluten free In Fidenza

I recently discovered that I have celiac disease and we were passing through the area. I found this wonderful restaurant on the internet and we immediately booked. It far exceeded my expectations. Getting used to having to give up many things that until recently you could eat is not easy and a restaurant like this is really good for your heart. The clean, well-kept, intimate environment. The very kind, good-natured owner makes it feel like being at home. The food, in addition to being completely gluten-free, is also really good and is not something to be taken for granted at all. You can perceive the experience, love and patience of those who prepare it. We ate VERY VERY WELL. I really recommend it even for those who are not celiac because the dishes look and taste the same if not better than many foods with gluten. We fell in love with the homemade tongs and the fried pie. This is my new favorite place. Compliments.

A nice and kind idea to specialize in gluten-free. Once we had made our choice, we were brought a petit cadeau (tomato soup with a really good focaccia). Nice crispy and not too greasy fried cake, the lasagnotti with meat sauce were fantastic. From the reviews I read that someone complains about the prices, to me they seem absolutely fair and average. Homely and welcoming atmosphere without frills.

Tutto di ottima qualità, tutto fatto solo senza glutine, ma se uno è scettico si ricreda, qualtà ottima in tutti i primi, antipasto da consigliare tortino di asparagi con crema di parmigiano. Buona scelta di vini. Anche sui dolci c'è buona scelta. Personale cortese, ambiente raccolto, penso sia meglio prenotare

Simple and perfect, all gluten-free (but if they don't tell you it's practically imperceptible), fantastic fried dumpling! Very nice place and perfect for gluten intolerants! Really recommended also for the price (absolutely honest and not exaggerated if you consider that everything is gluten-free). We will definitely return

Gluten free restaurant. A rarity. Very nice place, friendly staff, excellent food (fresh pasta, bread, fried cake prepared directly by the owner) all gluten-free but highly appreciated even by demanding palates without intolerance problems. Worth a visit.

We ate for lunch on Friday 1/11. We are a couple of friends: one has celiac disease, one does not and it is the totally gluten free menu that pushed us to book here. We tasted an appetizer (fried stuffed pie), two first courses (tortelloni with herbs and tortelloni with aubergines) and two desserts (tiramisu and almond cake with zabaglione), accompanied by a water and a quarter of wine, total bill €67. The portions are right and everything was to our liking, especially the first courses. The service was kind and friendly.

Siamo stati qui per ospitare un'amica celiaca e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. Vedere il viso della nostra amica illuminarsi nel poter scegliere qualsiasi cosa senza ansie e timori. Torta fritta e pasta come se fossero "normali". Siamo rimasti davvero contenti del cibo e della cordialità del personale. Ritorneremo spinti non solo dalla bontà del cibo ma anche dalla simpatia e dalla storia della proprietaria. Grazie per la splendida serata
