Simple and perfect, all gluten-free (but if they don't tell you it's practically imperceptible), fantastic fried dumpling! Very nice place and perfect for gluten intolerants! Really recommended also for the price (absolutely honest and not exaggerated if you consider that everything is gluten-free). We will definitely return

Gluten free restaurant. A rarity. Very nice place, friendly staff, excellent food (fresh pasta, bread, fried cake prepared directly by the owner) all gluten-free but highly appreciated even by demanding palates without intolerance problems. Worth a visit.

We ate for lunch on Friday 1/11. We are a couple of friends: one has celiac disease, one does not and it is the totally gluten free menu that pushed us to book here. We tasted an appetizer (fried stuffed pie), two first courses (tortelloni with herbs and tortelloni with aubergines) and two desserts (tiramisu and almond cake with zabaglione), accompanied by a water and a quarter of wine, total bill €67. The portions are right and everything was to our liking, especially the first courses. The service was kind and friendly.

Sublime culinary experience. Entirely gluten-free menu. We went for dinner on Sunday evening and tried as many dishes as possible: one better than the other. I couldn't find a flaw in any dish, starting from the entrée offered by the owners, the simple or filled fried pie, the stuffed pastas, the second courses, the desserts and finally the two baskets of homemade bread and focaccia at moment that they arrived at the table still warm with a unique goodness. All in a very nice location, with attention to the smallest details and accompanied by impeccable service, kind and attentive but never intrusive. I highly recommend it to all celiacs and not only!!! I was accompanied by a non-celiac person who left the table as satisfied and enthusiastic as I was. Extremely recommended certainly for the goodness of the dishes but above all for the love that is felt by the owner and the staff towards both the restaurant and the customer, the care that is used in every detail and the safety that is given to the celiac person : “gluten is not allowed in here”. Fixed stop every time I come to Fidenza Village. P.s. We didn't have time to photograph the second one. P.p.s. Almost the entire menu, except for a very few dishes, is not only gluten-free but also lactose-free.

Siamo stati qui per ospitare un'amica celiaca e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. Vedere il viso della nostra amica illuminarsi nel poter scegliere qualsiasi cosa senza ansie e timori. Torta fritta e pasta come se fossero "normali". Siamo rimasti davvero contenti del cibo e della cordialità del personale. Ritorneremo spinti non solo dalla bontà del cibo ma anche dalla simpatia e dalla storia della proprietaria. Grazie per la splendida serata
